Ceroc Lincoln

No Partner Needed, Social Dance Classes. Learn to dance 3 simple moves in 45 minutes, followed by time to practise your new moves in a social dance setting to all kinds of popular music. It's great fun, a fabulous way to get and stay active, and an easy way of combatting loneliness: if you struggle to chat, you can just dance and still have a great time.

We are back and raring to go at Lincoln Hospital Social Club tonight!
Two classes for different abilities, we aim to make learning to dance achievable and most importantly fun, no matter your ability! You don't need to bring a partner, just yourself, as we rotate around during the class :)
... Our very friendly crew are on hand to help out with your dancing needs and our regular dancers are some of the loveliest people around!

Beginners always welcome, no dance experience required with the first class at 7.45pm. (There is also a practice session at 9pm to help you nail the moves you learnt earlier).
Experienced/intermediate dancers we have 3 more moves to build into your repertoire at 9pm. 3 week of our shouldersway switch variations :)
... Practice and social dancing between as well after both classes!

New to dancing or never danced before? - Don't worry our beginners class is designed especially for you! Our taxi crew are on hand to help put you at ease and all of our members are really friendly - so don't worry you won't be on your own :D
Intermediate/Experienced dancers - it is time for Ceroc X Part A!... Quite a few Lincolners have been to the champs the last few years and it is the perfect category to start off with. You'll know the moves/music just add some styling flare and you're good to go :D If competing isn't for you... it's a mighty fine intermediates routine with a flowing freestyle feel!

We have two fantastic classes for all abilities:
Beginners @ 7.45pm is perfect to learn the basics of partner dancing at a relaxed pace - don't worry if you've never danced before it's designed to making dancing accessible to anyone!
... Intermediates @ 9pm - once you feel comfortable with all the beginner moves, this class is aimed at learning more sophisticated moves to add to your repertoire as well as offering a challenge to push your dancing further.
All with social dancing in between and until 10.45pm to mix of your favourite music!
