Get to know our on-road Staff! Meet James who has been part of the CFM family for 10 years now! A very experienced Marketing Manager, James has worked in clubs of all different sizes, from smaller independent health clubs, to larger Hotel leisure centres such as Crowne Plaza.
James has helped thousands of Brits get started on their fitness journey (8,212 to be precise) during his career as a Marketing Manager.

This is Naomi who has been part of CFM for nearly 6 years now and has a wealth of experience promoting health clubs in the UK and overseas, with over 40 promotions at health clubs in England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Australia and New Zealand to her name.
Currently Naomi can be found generating memberships at YMCA health club in Newcastle, where she is on track to produce over 210 new members in just 6 weeks. Naomi's passion for creative vid...eo marketing has been vital in enabling us to break through a marketplace that is flooded with big chain low cost gyms.

Our Newest Marketing Manager Chris has just generated over £250,000 in membership income for an independent Devon Health Club.
Chris started working with CFM as a Telemarketer back in 2014. He smashed this role and became our Top Producer so he was soon promoted to one of our onsite Fitness Consultants, where he excelled for over 4 years.
... Chris has just completed his first 6 week Memberdrive Campaign as a Marketing Manager and has helped a Devonshire club get an extra 348 members.

Amy is our resident Kiwi who has been part of CFM for 7 years starting in her homeland of New Zealand, before transferring to the UK in 2016. Last year she sold memberships worth over £1.3 million for the seven different health clubs she worked at. In 29 years of CFM history that's the 3rd highest total ever, whi...ch definitely makes her a CFM legend.

We thought it would be good to introduce some of our fantastic staff working across the UK. First up, we have Adam Jeffs, who has worked at 62 different health clubs on behalf of CFM, generating 9743 new members and over £6.5m in membership sales for those clubs. Adam started with CFM as a telemarketer back in 2007 and was soon promoted to one of our onsite Marketing Managers who oversees the complete operations of a Memberdrive campaign. He is one of 8 marketing managers currently working for CFM around the UK, helping health clubs generate new members.

We’ve had a Telemarketing direct sales record of 140 membership sales during a 6 week Memberdrive Campaign for a few years now.
Gareth, one of our Telemarketers, has just gone into our Record Breaking History book for getting 140 sales on his own taking the campaign total to 225 membership sales which came directly from Telemarketing.

Before this current promotion the health club had benefitted from over 4000 new members since 2011, the latest is on track to be the best yet with 370 new members in three weeks and a projected outcome of 900 before the end.
