Probably the best take-away in Carlisle with a great selection of meals from Kebabs to Fish and chips. I use this shop on a regular basis and everything has always been fresh and very tasty - Only downside they don't deliver the Special Fish and Chips on a Friday

Never had a bad order! Food is always nicely cooked and hot on arrival. Delivery is always on time and drivers are always friendly. Started ordering here awhile ago after a recomendation from a family member and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst takeaway I have had. Got my order wrong, took over an hour to come even tho I live 2 mins away, then was cold when it came. This has happened on both occasions I have ordered from here. Awful

Well...where do I start? The food was cold. The chicken wrap was burnt. The mushrooms were shrivelled. We were told that delivery would be 59 minutes. There was no food and so we rang up and were told it was on the way before the rude man hung up the phone on us. After 11 minutes there was still no food! I then rang up because he did not have my number. I asked how long wait times were to be told it was 55 minutes. I told him I had been waiting 71 minutes. He did not seem bothered. So I replied with “I am good at maths and therefore know that 71 take away 55 means...I have been waiting too piggin long!” He did not seem too fussed and told me my food was on the way to which I replied “you don’t know my address!” He is a liar!! I told him that we were not willing to pay and hung up! The poor delivery lass arrived a good fifteen minutes after that (26 minutes after being told it was on the way from shaddongate to Sewell road) and when I told her we were not willing to pay she said she would have to call him. He said she was to either take the food back or we had to pay full price!! DISGRACEFUL! We told her that we would be leaving a bad review and for her to tell the man! The chicken wrap was burnt and dry so we rang up once again and all he offered was to send another.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE RUDE. THE FOOD IS HORRID. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND TIME!

Very disappointed, pizza base was clearly shop bought with toppings thrown on and chips were over cooked. Absolute waste of money.

Sent a chicken wrap and the chicken was stone cold and pink! I was offered a replacement so I agreed, this was even worse, I’m not exaggerating when I say the chicken was just congealed lumps of every part of the chicken BUT the actual meat! Pulling it apart it was like strings of fluid almost as if someone had spat in it. Genuinely hand on heart will never use this spot again

Phoned for a order to deliver 7.20 told them our address, they said it would be hour... two hours later phoned 8.50 we were told it was out for deliver and it would be with us shortly and we would get it half price.. waited again.. phone at 9.30 lady said we never gave address and that it was to be picked up !! And would be ready in 5 minutes !!! Won't be ordering again of them..

Paid for 2 kebabs. Received 2 lukewarm soggy piles of grease. The chicken was as tough as an old boot and the lamb smelt like a rotting corpse. Can not believe how they get away with charging money for this. Avoid like the plague unless you want food poisoning.

Ordered from here tonight delivery was fast but the coleslaw was bits of veg in runny white water wasn’t even eatable the Charcole special kebab was nice but the bottom of the tray was packed up with chips which it Dosent state on the menu

Ordered a Munchie box and pizza from here ..took an hour and a half to arrive, when it finally did the pizza was completely the wrong sort and the munchie box was missing the haggis and pakora chicken ...the whole box was filled with scabby chips and the doner meat looked and tasted as if it had been cooked last month ....disgusting vile food ...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ordered 1 pizza and a kids meal to be delivered. Was told it would be half an hour, 1 hour later I phoned to see how much longer it would be. I was told it was out for delivery and would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, that is 1 hour 45 minutes from ordering and it still wasn't here. I phoned up again to cancel the order. I explained we are, and have been from first opening a regular customer and I wasn't happy. The guy on the phone was very rude, so this is definitely 1 takeaway we won't be going back to.

Just received order. Pizza is soggy and stone cold. Box is stone cold. Kids meals are disgracefull. Chips are so over cooked. They look like old chips that have been cooked several times. Called up right away. Was practically called a liar. Food has gone in bin. Disgusting.

Cold burnt stuffed crust pizza that had no stuffing in the crust,cold battered rings should of had onion in them but they had been cooked so long the onion had ran away! Over cooked chips that looked like they were reheated from this morning, chicken burger looked like it was road kill in a microwave bun and was inedible, only thing that was some use was the Luke warm doner meat. That’s twice now in the last couple off weeks it’s been a waste of £20. Won’t be a third chance, shame because it was good in there

Came cold so when phone 2 complain they say ill get discount on my next oder n when we say no we paid 4 hot food they hang up then my my oh rings back the so call manger says he didnt hang up n hes not rude i work with people my self and i no 100% your coustomer are always right will not ever be back this place needs shut down wouldnt recommend rude management food cold! And i give you 1 ☆ 4 your driver witch was really nice nobs!!!!
