Wonderful people. Purchased a Triumph Tiger TR7. On my arrival everything was prepared as it should be and I was given ample time, with no pressure, to inspect the bike and ask questions. I would highly recommend Chariots and if they have something that you fancy do visit them as you will find their bikes are presented in top order. Those who fancy something classic with four wheels will not be disappointed as well.

We bought a Volvo V60 R Design from Chariots and found the level of customer care and after sales service to be exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending them, as the whole experience has been outstanding. A huge thank you to Franco, Nick and Peter for all your help. Highly recommended. Visited Chariots looking for inspiration. We needed to replace both our cars and found a good selection of well presented cars. There was no pressure to buy but every assistance was given. Luckily there were two cars which inspired us to buy and the formalities were quickly and efficiently completed. The cars were processed and delivered to us a few days later. Both vehicles were absolutely immaculate. I have never seen cars so beautifully presented to a customer (my father used to own a garage and I think he would have been impressed). Well done Charoits, Thank You.

The welcome received and service from Franco and the team was second to none. If customer service managers need to learn anything then go and see how the team operate. Couldnt be more happy with the way i was greeted, treated and the condition of the car. Highly recommended

Picked up my car on Friday from Chariots and I am loving it. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for a new car. We have been looking since last October and found the whole experience a nightmare. We visited most garages in the local area and found the whole thing so stressful with pushy salesmen and salesmen that do not listen to what you are looking for. Or spoke to my husband instead of me and it was me that wanted the car. We went to Chariots on the off chance that they may have a car for us. Well what can I say they were great and happy to help and not at all pushy. Luke was brilliant even though he did sell me something that was double my budget lol. Just a quick thankyou to all at Chariots. My car was meticulously prepared and ready for collection organised by Liam. Very helpful salesperson. One gripe is the value of the warranty they are prepared to pay in the event of a problem. .£500 with a £50 excess. Not a lot considering the amount of money the car cost. Other than that a good company to deal with.

Just a little update to say my car that was recently in for cambelt and waterpump has covered over 1500 trouble free miles and is as smooth as ever. Great service throughout from Alicia and Laura who dealt with me and booking the car in and also getting me in a loan car despite not asking until last minute! The car looked great on collection thanks to the valet team also! Keep up the great work, guys.

I had wanted a new car for a while now and yesterday I decided I would pop into chariot cars .. well so glad I did . I was seen almost immediately and offered a coffee which was well needed ! I then explained what I was looking for and was assisted by the very capable Luke Crawley .. this man went out of his way to help me made my experience a complete pleasure .. absolute professional and pretty damn hot at his knowledge of cars too !!! He was fare with his advice and pointed out good and bad options which I appreciated.. hence I left a very happy lady the proud owner of a lovely new car .. totally well done great service .. I'll be sure to tell my friends

Contacted Chariots as was having issues with my Mercedes key fob. Pete said to pop in and he would have a look for me before I went ahead and ordered one from Mercedes. The service was fantastic and he found me a spare he had laying around. He changed the key fob for me with no charge. I'd never visited here before but definitely will be in the future....fantastic service, what an asset Pete is to your company. Thank you and see you soon!

Big thanks to the technicians for repairing my Citroen to it's former smooth drive ..thanks guys much appreciated and getting it back immaculately cleaner than when it went in. and thanks to Luke for his help.

Always a great experience with Chariots. I've had two cars from here and always had the pleasure of dealing With Luke Crawley, who can i say will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy.

All the guys who work at Chariots whether it's front of house or behind the scenes are very knowledgeable and skilled in their own trades.

If there's any problems then it's promptly dealt with.

Not very good experience at first, not due to the quality of the cars they are selling but was the organisation. Seller werent able to check a bank transfer by themselves which occurs me to wait 2 days to get the car I bought during the weekend.

The good thing is that your voice is heard. I have made a complain and got straight away call back regarding the review given on the website. And telling me that they already ordered a new bank system to improve this lack.

Bought a golf r32 from them, got handed the keys with the rear tyre on 5psi! It had a puncture and never got the money for the cost of a new tyre, had some more problems with the car and got hung up on when calling about my warranty on the car. Absolute shit customer service, would rate lower if I could.
