me and my husband ate here last night (3.2.2018) we had a absolutely lovely meal the food was excellent the staff were polite and the ambiance was delightful will definitely eat here again and would recommend it

The staff were great, the food was lovely , the atmosphere built as more people came in, overall a good evening will return. Just a note the staff were very accommodating when a beer went off tap & provided taster of the other beer, give them a try you will be happy with your night 😉

The restaurant has a western, Mexican feel and decor, complete with saddle barstools!



We were met with a smile on arrival. Quickly showed to our table. Given plenty of time to choose our drinks and food not pressured at all.

We chose a couple of cocktails which arrived promptly and were great. Our did arrived pretty quickly again the staff were very attentive checking we were expecting out meals. My girlfriend had the corn feed chicken which looked, and apparently tasted, amazing.

I had the sirloin steak which was one of the best streaks is ever had. A big statement from someone who loves his steak. It was so tender and soft, perfectly cooked. Accompanied by lovely thick home made chips and grilled peppers, vine tomatoes and aubergine.



The atmosphere was added to with two members of Giants if Emery performing an acoustic set. They were great and clearly enjoying themselves as we're the dancing waitress (I love seeing staff enjoy their jobs).



This restaurant is fantastic and we are already a return trip to try the rest of the menu.

Saturday night indulgence. There's various reviews going on about the place. My opinion: very cosy atmosphere, my#stuffed#myshrooms starter was lovely � and the portion of#spicy#pumkin#soup was huge, I couldn't finish it. Unique music choice and place itself and welcoming service.

Not only does the food presentation look amazing, it tastes just as incredible. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and there was always someone there if you needed anything! The atmosphere was made by the live music, the band were fantastic and even took requests making many people’s nights. Great food, great people and great entertainment. Will definitely be back. �

Lovely atmosphere fabulous building inside & out, food was very nice the best I’ve had in a long time, staff where welcoming and friendly & a brilliant live band , felt like I was on holiday eating out, will definitely recommend and go back xx

Just had the best meal out that I’ve had for ages! Canneloni , pate, steak and quail. Delicious food, a little bit pricey but I’d rather pay a bit more for something good than be ripped off for rubbish food. Thank you �

Food was delicious, the decor of the restaurant is really expertly finished and we had a guided tour of the other rooms which was a nice touch. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely be back

Been waiting to go to this place for ages and after seeing reviews I was on the fence but boy did it deliver!!! From arrival our eyes were scanning every detail and they have thought of everything. The staff were great and the food was amazing. You can not get bored in this place as the live music is 5 star and the atmosphere is mind blowing!!! You really need to see this place to believe it and we will certainly be going again. Top job guys thanks

Absolutely amazing service food was outstanding we had lamb skewers and filet mignon both were beautiful my steak I could cut with my fork it was so tender. 10/10 in my book.

Fantastic setting, good ambiance, good food. Poor service lets the place down. Waited 20mins for our first round of drinks & the waiters didn’t seem to know what was on the menu. We were told that drinks we had ordered (& been served & had consumed)in our first round, weren’t available in the next round & that the waiter who took that order had made a mistake???? Very odd. No complaints about the food or atmosphere, just the waiters need to improve.

Second visit here. This time I booked a table for two. (Romantic meal sort of thing). On arrival we was politely met and shown to a large table for four. The entire time we was there the tables for two was empty. The cocktails and meals I order was both unavailable due to lack of stock. The couple in the band which we was sat in front of seemed to have a few domestics. Plus music was way to load and the singer was absolutely awful. Killed every number she sang. Not sure it's worth a recommendation but the food was lovely when it finally arrived.

Food as always was amazing!! However service poor as a result of being under staffed and obviously over booked. We were told we hadn't got a reservation, although we booked ages ago and was even called during the build up to our visit by a lady who was informing us that on Valentine's it was a set menu only.. Also we had to wait an hour and half from our late arriving starter to receiving our mains... dessert was too late arriving also... we were given a rubbish table and every time the door was opened we felt a draft...We've been to the Chilli village 3 times previously, and had 1 other bad experience of time delay and forgetfulness.... you've got to get the support of good staff to support the amazing food. We won't be returning on Valentine's again. It did ruin our evening. Also my husband was disappointed with his cheese board as he had no crackers.

Food and atmosphere was great however service was not very acceptable. We had to stop waiters from taking away our mains without even asking if we're done or not. Still came back and took half of food away before we had a chance to finish. There was no need to rush us eating as we have book a table for mums birthday so everyone new that we will stay till end. The whole experience ruined by service. Such a shame as it is really nice place and food quality was good.

WELL !!! Just been out to Chillie Village Restaurant in Northampton. What absolute crap of a place. First thing that meets you entering the door, two old geezers playing live Naff music way too loudly. Secondly, having no one to meet us, we have to find them for our table, booked. Thirdly the menu is different, nothing wrong with that l hear you say � except 5 of the fish meals were not being served plus no King Prawn. The Cannelloni wasn't either. They had run out of the House Lager , and to top it all they only do one flavour of Icecream, Vanilla. Now my meal was the Chicken which was hot but the rest of the meal was cold plus the vegetables were cold and practically raw. My dining partners meal was so big and so odd, the Mediterranean skewers, once again cold. There were plates going back with food still on them ! Enough said. People don't waist your hard earned money on this abysmal establishment please.

I it was my favourite restaurant when it first opened. I recommend to friends but last night was a complete disaster . The service was poor , we waited 2 hours for our food and eventually when the food arrived, my son's fish was undercooked.no apologies but when it came to settle the bill, the bill the waiter said they have not charged for the fish which my son returned and never had another one. CHEEk!

Waited for over an hour and a half for our food to come out, apparently the order didn't go through. When the food did come out Some of it was Luke warm. The cheese board for two comes with just two crackers, and no butter. In fairness to them they knocked off £60 and two bottles of wine form the final bill. Plus they gave us desert. Shame really, the venue is great and the people are lovely, seems attention to detail is somewhat lacking.

Rubbish after 1 hr drive to get there we were put on a table up stairs in the cold were I had to keep my coat on the whole stay one couple even asked for a heater they were that cold. We were offered drinks took them another 40 mins to bring me a cup of tea there excuse was they had run out of English breakfast tea .It then took 1hr 30 mins from starter to mains , by this time my other half had had enough and we left with out seeing how long dessert would of took. Also the food we did get was Luke warm and looked like it had sat around for ages. Terrible service left feeling chilli and disappointed ooo and hungry excuse the punt �

I'm not going to get into interior design, clunky menus or the whole concept behind the restaurant (if there was one to begin with), but the food was atrocious. I didn't pay hundred pounds just to be throwing up 15 minutes later and then spend the rest of the night questioning my life choices...

The "paella's" unidentifiable color rice and 3 pieces of bell pepper were drowning in oil and the salad with its funky tomatoes resembled more of a soup rather than a refreshing bowl of greens.

Apparently a pinch of saffron can't compensate incompetence. Who knew?
