Ordered a prestbury barbour wax jacket in navy. Had initial concerns over authenticity as never heard of them, barbour does not stock the colour navy, and got a £199 jacket for £143 as it was on sale. I used the discount code FIRST10 and used pay pal. I got it yesterday and its the real deal. I tried one on in bradbeers to get the sizing and checked they are identical. Very pleased.

Ordered a pair of Grenson shoes online on Tuesday - discounted in the sale AND I got another 15% off with a voucher code. Delivered Wednesday (very cheap next day delivery too) - loved the shoes but they were too big. Tried to order a smaller size online, but the 15% discount code was now invalid, so I gave them a call and got them at the same price I paid the day before. New shoes arrived Thursday (perfect fit) and I took the first pair to the post office to return. Amazingly (given this is the week before Christmas) the return was processed and money back in my account by Saturday. Absolutely fantastic service all round - thanks :)
