Down on his luck in the suburbs, John Falstaff plans to hustle his way to a comfortable retirement by seducing the wives of two wealthy men. Unknown to him, it's the women of Windsor who really pull the strings, orchestrating Falstaff's comeuppance amidst a theatrical smorgasbord of petty rivalries, jealousies and over-inflated egos. For a fat Englishman, a Welshman and a Frenchman, the only way is Windsor...

Have to say that thanks to a lovely chap called Matthew at the concession counter I walked into my movie with a huge smile... Customer service is everything these days and he certainly made Cineworld proud! Despite the fact that it's roasting in that area of the cinema too - I know I wouldn't be so customer focused faced with that heat!

User

Great cinema! Friendly staff, always clean and comfortable. Picture and sound perfect.

User

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice time out. One of my favourite cinemas. Nice bar to wait when early for show.

User

Took our boys to see the new Avengers movie, it was a bit cold in Screen 12 but on the whole it was nice and clean in the cinema and we loved the film. The guy taking tickets was helpful in explaining how the new Free Parking system worked.

User

Screen was clean and staff all friendly and polite. Would like to see the toilet's cleaner as I do find it hard to find one that's clean and flushed by previous user. Also every time a film starts it gets cold. My son was real cold last time we went. He was even shivering once.

User

No complaints other than please get the coffee machine working! I don’t visit every week but I think my last 3 visits you’ve not been able to get a coffee....not all of us want cold fizzy drinks!

User

Me and my boys had a good experience. Arrived early and had to wait but thats expected. I ordered sweet popcorn only for my eldest son to inform me that he didnt like sweet so the serving man told us to take handfuls out of the popcorn so he could top it up with salted, and then we ended up being the only three in the screen for our film. Foods a bit pricey but overall good.

User

As a whole always a good experience when coming here.. (visit at least 3 times a month)

How ever was there on Saturday 28th to watch new Avenger film 10 o clock showing and because of weather there where a lot of family's.. and the queing was ridiculous... the weather forecast has had all this rain forecast for days before weekend and you would have thought planning would have been in place ie more staff to deal with lots of people on a washout weekend... we left plenty of time before the beginning of the film but because of the huge wait we only just made the start... having worked in retail for 21 years I think a look at forward planning is in order.

User

As a unlimited card holder for over a year I'm here nearly every week always found the screen rooms to be clean and tidy seats are comfy bit more leg room wouldn't hurt but sure we all think that . When main desk is busy and you just want ticket can get it from bar to save waiting. Staff are well presented and friendly all in all very good place to watch even longest films .

User

The cinema was good just the seats very stiff and uncomfortable, can’t get out if sat at the end there’s a wall in the way.

User

As with most cinemas, the drinks and sweets etc are far too expensive 2 drinks 2 popcorns £17.00 !!!!

User

As an unlimited card member I visit here a lot! The most annoying part of my experience though is having an armful of food and drinks and after just shown my unlimited card to the cashier to book my ticket, I then get asked again when my tickets are checked and I struggle to get it back out of my purse, whilst juggling my feast and holding my handbag with nowhere to put anything!

However I can't fault the service here, cleanliness isn't always 100% but other than people talking and chewing loudly 😬 every movie I've seen is of good quality 😁

User

I pre-booked my tickets a month in advance and at no point was informed that I was booking a subtitled film. There was also no notification of this on my booking confirmation or tickets. When I arrived at the cinema I was told that it was a subtitled film, offered a screenshot of the website informing me of this when I booked (as if that was evidence I could rely on) and that it was entirely my fault (along with all the other customers that had turned up that day). We were distracted by the subtitles all through the film. To add insult to injury the popcorn tasted of nothing. This cinema used to be good but after this experience I won't be returning.

User

I come here with a friend quite regularly but the waiting at the confirmation for parking is absolutely diabolical! One machine for validating park is crazy for the amount of screens and people! Please High Wycombe cineworld get another machine!

User

Another diabolical visit to cineworld wycombe.....every time we visit, there is always something wrong, this place needs a serious improvement in facilities, this time we got tickets for our film, only to be told the drinks machines were down and there were no carbonated drinks at all....this is ridiculous on a bank holiday weekend, we had to buy small bottle of drink from the fridges which were extortionately priced, and very little choice....not even normal coke, last time the screen room wasn't cleaned and there was litter everywhere, the time before that the ticket machines weren't working nor was anyone on the ticket kiosk, had to buy tickets via sweet counter....adding to this every visit the whole place smells of the toilets.....you have a drainage problem or you need to clean more often and try using bleach or air fresheners....this complaint is also going to your HQ....utterly disgusted with every visit...

User

visited your High Wycombe cinema with 4 children to see Despicable Me 3 last Friday, the 27th October.

To say I'm upset is an understatement. You state that all trailers are appropriate to the film featured well I beg to differ on this occasion.

The trailer for Suburbicon (George Clooneys new film) is most certainly NOT appropriate for children - in fact, the bbfc have rated with a 15 certificate. What my children have seen during this trailer cannot ever be unseen!

Despicable Me 3 is a U rated film. This is not great use of a movie trailer supporting a feature film raising money for Children in need is it?

User

Went to see Movie my kids had been waiting all month to see. We had to save hard to go. Spent the whole movie feeling sick and the whole room smelt of a toilet. Cost 15 just for two lots of popcorn and two cokes which we shared or should I say - tried to share but all of us felt sick so it was wasted. 50 in total wasted. I did go out to complain but was told nobody else complained and they were far too busy to deal with me. Very rude staff. Will go to empire in future. Better prices and better seats.

User

The automatic ticket machine did not recognise QR codes or the card and only redeemed on the booking code. Seat in Screen 10 H14 and 13 was old uncomfortable and slanted so you felt you were falling forward. Sticky floor. Screen for The Greatest Showman was shadowed dark on the right side particularly and some on the left.

User

My daughter was unwell and we had to leave the cinema during the movie. Called up customer services to see if we could rewatch the movie another time and they said NO! How disgusting!!!
