Welcome to Home Sweat Home Personal Training and CIRCUITS!
I am so grateful and excited for each person that reads this, understands me, and very quickly comes to believe in my way of training.
EXPECT MORE from yourself. Make it a habit, and you BE the inspiration for others who doubt themselves like you once did.
Do that, and you will transform your body and your life!

Designing CIRCUITS has not been a speedy process, nor will it ever cease to develop. Throughout my life I have a managed to maintain a steady level of fitness purely based on my passion for exercise; but it was taken to a whole other level when I reached International Level of Rugby Union (both 15 and 7-a-side). I then qualified as a Master Trainer through the European Institute of Fitness. As an elite athlete my fitness boundaries were really pushed beyond anything I thought I had in me. Naturally, as my knowledge has grown so have my physical strength and fitness, and now I really believe IŌĆÖm at the top of my game.
I want everyone to feel that same belief and exhilaration of being stronger!

Using my own experience and science based methods of exercise I have dedicated my life to making sure CIRCUITS is a full body, high intensity interval training class; providing extreme levels of energy and breathlessness so that EVERYONE can feel like an elite athlete.

My PT clients and Circuiteers have heard me say many times, and so will you nowŌĆ”CIRCUITS is not for everyone. By that I mean, it is not meant for anyone who expects a magical remedy that will give you your dream body. It isnŌĆÖt for people who arenŌĆÖt prepared to work hard. It definitely is not for people who are lazy. CIRCUITS is for those of you willing to work hard and sweat! People who appreciate a challenge and understand that if they commit to me as much as I commit to them, they will get the results they want!


The best piece of advice I can give you is a reminder that CIRCUITS is not about competing with anyone else in the class. You must only compete with yourselfŌĆ”do that little bit more than you did the last time, move faster, work harder. As such, you WILL increase your intensity and overall fitness level.
It's tough; so you may become discouraged along the way but trust me, trust yourself, EXPECT MORE and YOU WILL SUCCEED!


In November 2015 I gave myself a fresh upgrade when I qualified as a certified INSANITY Live Coach. Alongside my own forms of exercise and devising CIRCUITS I made it my mission to complete and thoroughly learn the INSANITY programmes delivered to us by Shaun T. Well, I did it, so me being me the natural progression was to add ŌĆśINSANITY CoachŌĆÖ to my CV and use it to take what I already offer at CIRCUITS to a whole other level. A High Intensity, Interval, Fat Burning, Muscle Building, Sweat Dripping, Full Body Workout that combines everything IŌĆÖve learnt and puts it to you in a way that is achievable, fun and incredibly addictive!

This class is the only form of exercise I actually enjoy doing! I'm really one of those people that will make any excuse to avoid exercise, but Andreas class doesn't feel like your typically exercise class! The class consists of a mix of cardio and toning and it amazes me every week how quick the hour goes! Since starting last June I feel a lot stronger and when I haven't been for a few weeks I can really tell and I'm itching to get back to keep building on my strength! Andreas makes a real effort with all of his circuitees and he makes his classes feel personal! Can't recommend it enough!!!

Struggled to find any motivation to work out and exercise until I started at circuits. The only group session that you can be working out with sometimes 30/40 other people and still walk out feeling like youŌĆÖve had a 1-1 with Andreas. The most enjoyable and rewarding form of working out IŌĆÖve ever done. Thank you so much for helping me find my mojo andreas!!!

I've been coming to circuits since September last year and love it. I have enjoyed running for quite a few years but felt I needed to do something a little more varied too and it's definitely that. It's made me look at exercise differently and actually enjoy it rather than see it as a chore and the good thing is, is that I'm starting to see results, thanks Andreas! ’┐Į

I'm a runner, and usually run 4-5 times per week. Pre-circuiting I use to get numerous niggles, that would prevent me from running as much/or keep me from running well. I've been attending circuits now for almost a year... Maybe a coinkydink (Coincidence), but I've been injury free (touch wood), my core strength has improved, and have been running better than ever....a 10k, and half marathon PB and even a '1st lady' position too. I ŌØż’ĖÅ going to circuits. It breaks up the monotony of running, I thoroughly enjoy the variety of the sessions, and Andreas is a great motivator, who genuinely cares about what you want to achieve at Circuits. What's not to like? Plus my arms have never been so toned Come and try it, you won't regret it!

Started in January after too many mince pies and I feel so much fitter. Not much difference to look at me but I do feel a lot stronger and I'm actually doing something for me!! All you busy mums (and dads) will relate to me when I say I don't get time to do anything for myself. I'm either running my boys around, watching them with their sports, cooking or cleaning etc etc blah blah so I used to fit the odd run in but now I make time! It helps with the lovely friendly people I've met and how welcome everyone makes me feel. If you're thinking about starting - do it, I'm sure you'll love it!!

Best circuits I've ever been to, Andreas is such an amazing motivator and really pushes you to the best of your ability. Already I am seeing a difference in my body shape. I would say if you want to get in shape- this is the place to go!

Before joining circuits I used to train a good bit but over time got out of the way of things....which lead me to Andreas! The thing about this class is it keeps you motivated. No week is the same as the other and your body is constantly pushing itself to do that little bit more each week. From the offset Andreas knew my weaknesses and personally has helped me improve those every week. If you want a class where you see physical improvements whether it's endurance or strength etc then this class is defiantly for you! Not only do you have a trainer who knows each client that trains he also knows how you all tick! It has been a year or so now and I can honestly say when I can't make a week I miss it! If I can offer one piece of advise....give it a try! You won't look back!

Can't see any changes yet but that's probably down to diet’┐Į. Andreas knows when to give you a kick, and the texts he sends around do actually help and make me come to class when sometimes it's easier not to. Bring on the next class ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į
