Cley Smokehouse shop in Cley will be closed for approximately the next 5 weeks for (seriously overdue!) refurbishment. Production as normal and business as usual from our new shop at Manor Farm Barns, Glandford. NR25 7JP and online at cleysmokehouse.com. Apologies for any inconvenience - but we couldn't leave it any longer and January seemed a good time.

Perfect Smoked Haddock every time! Just about to launch our Easycook Smoked Haddock skinless fillets - straight from the freezer to the plate in about 10 minutes. In the process we seem to have developed the perfect way to cook the fish, during cooking the bag 'inflates' and the fish cooks with an ingenious combination of poaching in melted butter and steam to produce a perfect, slightly salty fish with a subtle smokey flavour and a moist flaky texture. Absolutely perfect every time!
