Meet The Team This is Val one of our receptionists Her favorite part of her shift is seeing all the customers on their way to fitness classes Her hobbies are cycling and walking She has worked for the council for 25 years the last 16 of those here with us

Sadly we have had to cancel Zumba today but not to worry you can join us same time and same place next Tuesday from 1pm onwards!

I love going to Clifton is definitely suitable for disabled person and all the staff are so friendly I would recommend that to anybody

I come to Clifton gym about five times a week, I love it here, all the staff are very friendly, it's lovely and clean and a relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend it...thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome :-) x

Did Pilates with Val yesterday and not been for a while, really enjoyed the class xxx

By far the best session I've been to for parent&toddler swim. The water is warm enough for the little ones not to be cold after 20 mins (unlike at other leisure centres), no coins needed for locker as you're provided with an armband that does the job, hairdryers and even hair straighteners available in the changing rooms, showers by pool entrance work well, just the right temperature too (had experience before at other places these showers scorching my daughter.) There were plenty of toys for the toddlers to play with (floating numbers, foam blocks, little floating squirting animals, swim pads, dive rings etc. The pool has a gradual slope from just a few inches to about 70cm if I remember correctly. Also a jakuzzi :)

This pool is really nice and perfect for young Kids as well as for parents. The shallow water swimming pool, the slides and the water Games make it a wonderful place for Kids to play in complete confindence. If you come with 2 parents, you can always have access to the Big swimming pool on some hours and while your Kids have fun under one Parent surveillance, the other one can always take a break and swim at the same time in the Big swimming pool. We have been Lifeguards in our young years and this is a convenient and safe place to teach Kids to swim and also get a bit of swim for yourself. Totally family friendly!

Swimming instructors are amazing �only thing is changing rooms still bit dirty but centre is waiting for next upgrade on tiles. My daughter has come on amazing & loves Richard & Aaron �

Good facilities. Loving Boogie Bounce. Oooodles of energy and enthusiasm from the instructor,whilch motivated me through tonight's class (18:00)

The swimming pool is not very good. Needs a deep end with a diving area like Rushcliffe. the main pool only goes down to a depth of 1.57m which is too shallow. Won't go again

Who cleans the male shower room . Obviously nobody . The drains stink . The walls are stained . The sit down chair in the shower cubicle is covered in a thick brown substance.

I purposely left an empty shower gel container on the same chair last friday . To see what would happen . Today exactly 1 week later it is still there !!! Disgusting.

Just a warning to all, if your child goes to the disco swim on a Friday at Clifton leisure centre, be best to pick them up after. My daughter has been this evening and been punched in the face, alongside another girl being kicked and another tried to be drowned. All by the same child. The girls along with my son told the lifeguards and nothing really was done, my son has been barred for sticking up for his sister and saying a swear word (yes this isn't right) yet the child which done this has had no punishment. Quite amazing that over half the kids there tonight came straight to me before my girl came out and told me exactly what had happened yet the 2 lifeguards on duty didn't see a thing, I'm absolutely furious right now, the staffs attitude was appalling, I had a call from them saying the lifeguard didn't see anything yet he stood and told me there was altercations to my face, the manager didn't seem to give a shit and had a very unprofessional attitude
