Day 3 at the Weald Of Kent Country Craft Show and we’ve enjoyed two very, very busy days here at Penshurst Place. Thank you to all friends both new and old for making our time here so enjoyable and successful. Looking forward to another brilliant day!

Coincidentally we were asked yesterday by the Retail Manager at Penshurst Place (they stock a limited range of both my candles and Reed diffusers) if we could make Sandalwood Treasure as a Reed diffuser so it will be on test shortly.

Day 1 at the Weald of Kent Country Craft Show and we’re all set up and have had a great morning so far.

Off to Penshurst Place in Tonbridge to set up for the Weald of Kent Country Craft Show. This is our 2nd visit to Penshurst this year and we're looking forward to welcoming back old friends (and making new ones) and encouraging all to 'stop & sniff' my 6 Christmas fragrances!

Our 3rd Christmas Shopping Evening! Join us for Mulled Wine, Mince Pies, Nibbles & Bubbles and a relaxed, informal and fun evening.

We're now back from 3 fantastic days at the Chatsworth Country Fair. A massive THANK YOU to our old friends and to our new ones who helped make this year the best of the four years that we have attended the show. One trader commented "You must have a good show. I've never heard so many people say we bought from you last year and all you keep saying is 'see you at Christmas'". I think we have a very different relationship with our customers that really makes us stand out and (unlike some traders) we really enjoy interacting with our customers whether or not they buy. So thank you for your continued support and I, wife Sue, sons Thomas & Charlie and, of course, my bank manager are very appreciative that we can now eat!

Day 2 at the Chatsworth Country Fair and what a beautiful sight to greet us this morning. Had a great day and it was so nice to say hello to so many friends and welcome new ones, with my Christmas Collection proving very popular!

Setting up today at one of our favourite events - the Chatsworth Country Fair. This is our 4th year at the show and we look forward to saying hello to old friends and welcoming new ones. I will have my 6 Christmas fragrances on display (after all, there are only 116 days to go!) for you to 'stop & sniff' and take home with you

Last day at the Henley Country Craft Show and the weather looks great! We’ve had three good days so far and looking forward to a great 4th day.

Day 3 at the Henley Country Craft Show and it’s really nice to be opposite our very good friends from Cardology and Julia Tanner Art. Thank you for making the last two days most enjoyable!

Day 2 at the show and looking forward to another busy day. The weather looks good so we are just waiting for opening time at 10am. Black Coffee was the most popular fragrance yesterday followed closely by my new fragrance Autumn Fruits (Blackcurrent, raspberry and fig).

So here we are just outside Henley on Thames and all set up at the Henley Country Craft Show. This is our second year at Stonor Park so looking forward to welcoming back old friends from last year and to saying hello to new ones. The weather looks good for the next four days so we’re looking forward to a great show.

Not something you see every day after a show!! A horse tethered to a lamppost right outside our restaurant whilst the ‘riders’ pop next door for fish and chips from the chip shop next door. Only in Kidlington?

Having post CountryFile Live show meal with son Charlie. After 4 busy, hot and sticky days it’s so nice to relax with a nice curry having said goodbye to our fellow exhibitors for another year. So to all our customers who bought candles this year we look forward to seeing you all again at CountryFile Live 2019.

We met this lovely man at the Herts County show.

He took time out to explain to us how to use candles properly including trimming the wicks and length of time to burn them and how to extinguish them to get the most out of them. He also took the time to explain the different scents, where best to place them and the effects they have.

These candles are beautifully scented and last for many many hours, filling the whole room.

Unlike other candles I've bought, the whole thing melts down and there is no nasty smoke or residue either.

I also bought a reed diffuser as well, which is something that I don't normally do as they don't last or run out quickly.

Again his diffuser has lasted well and is not overpowering either.

I have bought candles from many different places and have been left disappointed, yet with Clive he had now a lifelong customer in me :)

Total deliciousness! I only discovered Clive's Candles last year at the Moira Canal Festival where I purchased 3 candles in tins and how I wished I had bought more because the fragrances are simply delightful. My favourite at the moment is Indian Summer but I am looking forward to trying out my new purchases soon. I am definitely coming to visit the shop soon :)

The service, the knowledge and the price of these candles have turned me away from my regular brand (the y word)

I lit my Indian summer candle about 10 minutes ago and already my house smells beautiful! Not overpowering just the perfect aroma! Thank you Clive and your partner for all your help today. I will be ordering more very soon. So lovely to meet the face behind the scents.

Summer evening candle is really lovely although I think you should call it Bluebell Woods �

Met Clive at Lincolnshire Show where my sister & i both bought a black coffee & wild cherry candle in a tin.

The most amazing fragrance. Having fallen in love with the black coffee can't wait to light the wild cherry!

I've been searching for a decent honeysuckle smelling candle for years & found one of clive's at his stand at southport flower show,'beach garden'.It's brilliant!! exactly what i was looking for & cant wait to try the others.

I purchased the black coffee candle today from the Chatsworth Christmas market and it's already one of my favourites! The smell is so strong (but not overpowering) and I wish I had bought 2 as I think I'll be burning it every evening. Thank you!

Ive since become a regular and even surprised to see them at the at the Knebworth Food festival this weekend. Currently loving the Pomegranate Delight range. Discovered these little treasures at Royal Cornwall Show last year and was converted from all other mainstream candles instantly! Black coffee is my favourite and made my house smell like a posh coffee shop! Love that the candles don't smell artificial but smell 'real' :) Clive was lovely too & clearly passionate about what he does :) x

Candles that really do smell amazing and exactly as they should. I brought 3 at the countryfile live show and the beach garden brings back memories of growing up in the summer and the honey suckle growing over the porch, love them, The black coffee is just amazing, and can't wait for the Christmas cake one. Such a lovely chap too.

Candles I bought for Xmas absolutely gorgeous scent that lasts in home recommend oriental fusion for pet odour

Bought three tinned candles at the This Morning show at the NEC, Clive was so knowledgeable and helpful. I chose Oriental Fusion and Indian Summer, they smell absolutely beautiful and the scent absolutely fills the house without being overpowering.

They are lasting beautifully after following Clive’s great advice!

I’ll definitely be buying more.

Absolutely love the Aromatic Herbs candle I bought from these lovely people at the Moira canal festival, beautiful scent.

A hidden gem! A delightful emporium of smells and gifts for all as well as everyday delights. It is like shopping with friends as you are made to feel so welcome. Will tell everyone to seek it out.
