The salon is always very welcoming and relaxed. I have regular treatments and am really pleased with the results. Liv is an excellent lash technician a very natural look.

Gel nails also good and last me 3 weeks. I would recommend people try this salon for value for money and friendly service

Absolutely fantastic place...the girls are so friendly and welcoming ..they go all out to make your time there special. I've had several treatments with them and have been completely thrilled with the results every time. Would highly recommend

Service is good can't fault the friendliness..dolly lashes were not done right though..even after 2nd attempt!

Just been to visit my friend Beth who I recommend dolly lashes to having had them done many times myself at a different salon in London. I cannot believe how awful they are and this is six weeks after treatment despite going back for a second attempt. No offer of a refund or additional treatment to fix this disaster. Her eyelashes are completely ruined and this is unacceptable. I cannot understand how there any good reviews on this website the staff are clearly not trained to offer this service. They have been over curled and she cannot even put normal mascara on them or false lashes to try and hide this... her eyelashes are now none existent. If I could upload a picture I would so please send me your email address and I will send it to you. Having recommended this treatment to her I now feel to blame and this needs resolving ASAP! She has already left a bad review on this site to no reply...this needs sorting!
