Hello! I'm Charlotte, I'm a senior graphic designer with an abundance of creative flair, and the founder of CMW Independent Graphic Design Service. Along with a BA (hons) degree in Graphic Design, I also have over 10 years of diverse industry experience.

During my time at design agency Charles Whalley Advertising, I worked with top companies including Sealed Air, MK Electric, Royal Haskoning DHV, Friars Pride, and Honeywell - to name a few. I have collaborated with leading marketing professionals, nationally and internationally, and have a track record of producing great designs to help a business meet its objectives.

Where did it all begin?
It was 2015, I was seven months pregnant, and my hormones were rocketing out of control (my t-shirt read "proceed with caution"). If this wasn't enough, I was also at a cross-roads in my career. I had two choices for the months ahead. I could have a relaxed maternity leave enjoying cake, watching back-to-back episodes of Breaking Bad, and having play-dates with new mums at the local soft play centre (thank God for soft play).

Or, I could set up my own design service. A design service that offers more than just design; one with a personal feel that genuinely wants to help your business grow and thrive through clever and creative advertising and marketing. I chose the latter, but with a bit of cake (or a lot! ) thrown in for good measure.

Whenever people ask me the question "What is your dream job?", I answer honestly: Graphic designer. It’s true. I am one of the incredibly lucky few that get to do what they love every single day.

What you can expect. . .
When you work with me, you can expect to get everything a typical senior graphic designer would offer. . . I'm a dab-hand at Photoshop, I'm also a whiz on InDesign, Illustrator, Muse, and Acrobat.

However, I also like to go beyond the expected. . . I aim to offer a personal design service that is tailored to your needs, and that helps you to thrive in a variety of ways. Design is my passion, and I hope to convey this into clever and creative advertising and marketing for your business. Just as you are unique, your design work should be too.

In spending time understanding your business, I am able to make your aesthetics work far more cohesively. This can help you in terms of brand awareness, increased sales or visitors, new sales leads, improving your brand reputation, and changing customer perceptions.
