This is the longest time I've ever stuck with an exercise class, so that speaks volumes! I really enjoy the social side - the way that the class is structured means there is chance to chat and get to know people before and after the exercise bit! I think the technical term for the type of exercise is high resistance interval training - but whatever the term, it's far from boring.
This is the best exercise I have ever done and certainly the only one I have ever stuck to. I came home and signed up as soon as I had done the taster session! Rew is a fantastic coach and is motivating and knowledgeable. And he doesn’t let you get away with anything!
This is an excellent workout with a great coach and others that do it like myself have a brilliant time and have become friends, All the team welcome new members , making them feel relaxed as soon as they walk through the door , I love it �
The first exercise I have done where I actually look forward to going! It's also a great way to maintain fitness as the instructors are really supportive and adapt the exercises to the experience and ability of the individual.
So glad to be back. No fitness class out there with the same intensity where you feel you have done a work out. Great way to meet new people and have a laugh without being too serious.
