We can add mouth watering marinades, salads, baked beans, breads helping you design your own menu!

All our barbecue dishes are prepared by ourselves, (wherever possible), priding ourselves on using quality meats, marinating them overnight for those intense flavours. Salads are made fresh on the day of your party or event.

Cookaboro' are now offering hand held tasty chicken wraps which can be cooked indoors aswell as outdoors making them a fantastic alternative to a buffet!
We bring in small, portable table top cooking stoves and make the wraps up in front of your guests; choose two flavours for your guests, (vegetarian option available), we make them up and cut the wraps in half enabling guests to have two different flavoured chicken wraps!

The marinated chicken is cooked with onions and peppers by our chef then wrapped up with salad in a paper wrap, yummy!

And now we also have delicious, succulent barbecue pulled pork, all finished off on our barbecue griddle. If pork isn't for you we can do tender beef brisket shredded and put into rolls.

Food is transported to your party or event in chilled transportation boxes.
Cookaboro' has full public liability and products liability insurance for your protection which is available to see at any time along with our risk assessments and Health and Safety policy.

For your convenience all pricing is inclusive of staffing, equipment, disposable crockery and cutlery, delivery and clearance as well as the great food of course. No hidden extras.
