Costa Coffee

nice just to sit and relax enjoying ya cuppa in the morning sunshine

This place may look ready to be re done but my god the staff our lovely and the coffee is always spot on.

The lads at Marshalls yard are great go out there way to help ,and make a great flat white .

I liked the seating area and the service but the disabled toilet smelt of urine.

Staff friendly drinks could do with being hotter and tasty sandwiches really need toasting on both sides

This is the third visit here that they've made my hot chocolate basically undrinkable. Usually they're good but for some reason no one can make a decent hot chocolate here anymore. It always tastes bitter.

The whole place is tired and dirty! We ordered 2 teas and 2 muffins. When we came to pouring out the tea, we noticed that both of the cups were dirty. One still had something stuck inside it from the previous time. This was very worrying as if we had ordered coffee instead, we wouldn't have seen the state of the cups and feel sure that they would have still been used. When I took the cup back and asked for it to be exchanged. I was just passed another one (unchecked) without a word. We did enjoy the drinks and the muffins but the state of the premises are worrying. One of the staff members kept coughing whilst preparing drinks for other customers and at one time I saw her picking at her nose. At no time did she wash her hands! Big hygiene issues within the cafe area alone, the other facilities really need a deep clean. Dirty chairs and tables, long term dirt on furniture and fittings.

Nice coffee, don't know how they'd cope in a rush ! Took too long for a plain black coffee and hot chocolate ,dirty toilets ..

Over priced

It's £2.50 over priced. How can they ask for £3.50, for a couple of pieces of fruit and some sort of juice flavour??? It's not even large

Overpriced and dirty. Outside area had not been swept in days. Tables sticky. There are far better independent coffee shops in the same complex. Use them.
