Costa Coffee

Was up at Carlisle shopping with my son.. left the daughter back home with her mother, and after a few hours I thought let’s go get a costa to brighten my day up .. great wee shop in the square at Carlisle 👌🏻 Thanks. 09/11/17

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got what i wanted - a caramel latte and a toasted tea cake which set me up for the day. Fab start to my day!

Staff were friendly and it was nice to sit outside with summer cooler and chocolate tiffin in the sunshine.

I'm always in Costa, I love them! My last visit was quite busy but I enjoyed it all the same. Sad to see my favourite drink no longer on the menu though, the Mint Creamy Cooler was ace!

Nice coffee, nice place but why is the air con of arctic levels. Really cold and uncomfortable. I'm only here because i'm waiting on a train. Usually i go to Hallmark Hotel next door but thought i'd have a change - chilly mistake.

A brand like Costa should be consistent. This is probably the worst Costa I've been in. That's not to say it's bad, it was acceptable but no more. Most mediocre Costa cortado I've had. Given the amount of competition in the area this needs to improve.

Probably the scruffiest Costa I've been in. Needs a refit and a good clean.
