always good coffee, always exceptional service

Lovely service from the staff, can't ask for anything more really.

Ive been here on a couple of occasions. A much needed 'pitstop' on way back to Warwickshire after visiting family in Bradford for the weekend. Staff are always friendly & a large Costa cappucino is favourite with me, the best! Prices are high...but all service stations charge top price �

I would like to thank the lovely blonde lady with a ponytail for helping me this afternoon. I had been stuck on the m1 after a vehicle fire, my car had no aircon and I had been there for 2 hrs in 34 degrees x I was severly overheated, and this lovely person gave me a bag of ice and somewhere to sit until I cooled down! Thanks, you were a life saver x Alex Keddle x

Dani you are an absolute ! Travelling with 3 girls, 1 wanting to be an adult and another stropping because you didn't hav the creamy cooler she wanted. Thank you for going over and above to make our journey more tolerable. Thank you. Love the Linnell ladies xxx

Pretty good flat white, reasonable service

What can I say it’s a pretty average cardboard cup of coffee. If I’d remember my Costa Coffee Mug which I had purchased in A Costa Cofee shop in Florida I would have given it more stars. Trouble is with those cardboard cups don’t keep the cofee warm so if your walking back to your car chances are it will be Luke warm by the time you get there.

The staff, under pressure, were as charming as ever and the panini hot. However, the latte was Luke warm and they didn't use a temperature gauge. Nonetheless I'll be back again.

Over £8 for 2 drinks!! Coh you don't expect that. But heyho that's life

Found the barista very nice, flat white made well just very expensive @ £3.39 for a flat white is far too much to pay!

Coffee was fine, but my flat white had far too much froth on for a "flat" white coffee. Tables could do with clearing quicker. But Ok in all.

I know it's a motorway service station but truly too expensive.

A nice flat white (overpriced though), friendly barista. Had to walk round looking for somewhere to sit tho as most of the tables needed clearing.

Took ages and gave me the wrong latte, if i wasnt so tired and thirsty id of argued

Terrible service , def could do with a refresher on the usual fab customer service I always get from any other costa . If had to call of for a coffee again would use the costa express machines to avoid the shocking customer service . Real shame as I sit a costa at least once a day . Thankfully this is not the norm
