Back by popular demand, Stage 1 complete horsemanship. A five week course taught by our very own Yard Manager Sophie Brown. This course is great for learning or brushing up on your equestrian skills or aspiring for a career with horses. It starts this Monday and is £40 for two hours each session. Pm or call the yard for more information or to book on.

Last night taking some of our younger clients to a show jumping competition (lots of rosettes won), this morning dressage training. The perks of having an accomplished eventer as a trainer at Cottagers Plot Equestrian Centre. #cpec #dressage #showjumper

£28 for the hour Running 6:00-7:00 maximum of 6 people
... Suitable for those working off the lead rein in trot. These groups are catered for those wishing to take the next step learning to canter, jump and gain confidence doing this.

Well amazing we have 3 in the family with lessons and we all love it!! Unfortunately mummy wants a horse now

We were there for a birthday present. Katie and the staff were amazing. Thanks for everything.

We brought my grandaughter aged 3 for a taster and she had a lovely time staff excellent and very professional and mindful of her age we will definitely fetch her again

Took my daughter who is almost 5 for a taster lesson today. She thoroughly enjoyed it and had a go at and managed a rising trot too! Would happily have paid for the session didn't realise it was free! Will definitely be bringing her back.

My son has had his first lesson today he loved it and Katie really settled him she was fantastic really friendly place too he can not wait for his next lesson

My little girl has just started lessons and the staff and horses are absolutely amazing... all my daughter talks about now is going back to ride squiggles... I would definitely recommend cottagers for anyone wanting to learn to ride no matter what age ���

Lovely open day yesterday, weather didn't spoil a thing. All the staff were super friendly and approachable, my step daughter is really looking forward to attending group classes when she's in Grimsby with us. Thankyou for a great experience xx

I've had about 6 lessons here so far after coming over from weelsby. The horses have been brilliant. The staff helpful and the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. A very friendly riding school , can't wait for my next lesson. �

I had a 20minute taster lesson yesterday and was nervous about returning back to ridding but was made to feel very safe and confident again, I can't wait to start my lessons here!!

I came to Cottagers Plot for a private lesson with Sophie and thoroughly enjoyed it! I walked away with my confidence boosted (after being a tad nervous!) and already looking forward to my next lesson! Sophie is extremely knowledgable, patient and has a lovely teaching manner and I am certain with her help I will make lots of progress! Such a friendly, professional yard! So glad I made the decision to contact Cottagers Plot!!

Having been on this yard for over five years now, I can honestly say it is the best riding school and livery yard I've had the pleasure of going to. Professional, friendly, experienced and passionate about horses. I highly recommend Cottagers plot for both riding lessons and livery.

I bought my horse as a very green 6 year old, I'm now a very proud owner of a horse that will jump honestly anything put in front of her, won 1st & 2nd places in a dressage league and has just started doing xc. Brought My daughter for a taster session she absolutely loved it, Sophie is fantastic and made her feel safe on a horse for the first time, she really enjoyed it!
