So guys today marks a special day — Chapatea opens its doors to customers at 5pm (please note: for FREE tea only) and I couldn’t be more excited! very clean place and people, the desserts are delicious and in my opinion better than heavenly desserts , we enjoy our waffles and ice cream and have been numerous time will keep coming back.

Went here last night and came at a good time as it just started to fill up with queues outside the door. My cookie dough was delicious.....not too big but not too small and love the fact it's a ball. Ordered a Ferroro and nuts whole waffle for takeaway for hubby and he said it hit the spot and was one of the best he's had. There was a lady working and she was so attentitive and kept asking of we were ok. She gave her recommendations too. She was approaching all the customers as they ate. Customer service brilliant especially for how busy it was and dessert was lovely. Defo go back. Thankyou carvings.

We have been there and loved it��it's a really yummy dessert parlour compared to others ...they really satisfy your cravings and absolutely delighted quality and money wise.

Waffle with chocolate and strawberries and chocolate sundae were delicious. Excellent customer service to top it off!

My hubby and I just brought our son here. The place was busy and packed but we received service with a smile. Our order came on time, was delicious and service was excellent. To add that personal touch, the father of the proprietor came to us as we were leaving and asked us how we found the service and food. He spent time with us and we talked. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Will defo come again and recommend our family and friends! Well done, keep it up.

I was visited my cousins house last Saturday in Leicester. My sister in law told about dessert and we went at Cravings with my nephews and niece. It was very busy and we went about 10:30pm. Staff are very friendly. The desserts are very good and tasty. Price was great. It’s Worthy went at Cravings. I’m dying to go again at Cravings when I’m visiting my cousin house next time In Shaa Allah.

I love this dessert place. Me and my husband are always here once or twice month, depending on the mood, we have been going there once a week. We only pick and extremely love the white strawberry single & double stick, it is divine. Thanks to thr recommendation from a good friend, we discovered heaven! So happy! �

Best dessert place in Leicester! When anyone from outside Leicester asked about a desert place, Cravings always comes to mind and I always recommend, never lets me down!

Amazing dessert bar, lots of different toppings, thick shakes and awesome waffles

Utter horse manure. Well avoided if possible. Small place. I had a bad experience. Ordered a small desert and was told after ordering it, they did not have a card machine. What? It's 2016, get a card machine, avoiding tax, collecting cash only, when a simpler business Silkinsons across the road even has a card machine.



Had some ice cream there and it tasked like banana. When I mentioned it to the owner, he said 'we don't sell banana here', he didn't offer to replace the ice cream as a gesture to his customer. Not great service for a newly opened place.



If you want good desert, ambience and feeling of 'special' avoid this place like Chernobyl. Go to Heavenly Deserts instead, well the the extra money. Even Fudge Puppy on East Park Road is better.
