Me, my wife and niece visited Cremes in Leicester last night. From the get go, we were taken back by the decor, bright lights, cleanliness and warm accommodating staff. Though the place was busy this was of little inconvenience as our wait for a table was minuscule. We took our seats in large booth and opened the menu - there was an extensive amount of choice (crepes, sundaes & cakes to name a few!). Now down to business; we ordered 2 scoops of strawberry gelato, 2 scoops of chocolate double nut gelato and an Oreo frolic waffle. Shortly it all arrived. Both gelato ice creams were delicious and the waffle was amazing, exactly what I wanted it to be - soft, airy, easy to cut and ambrosial. I would whole heartedly recommend this place and I’m already looking forward to my next Cremes experience in Leicester.

First visit to a Creams branch today with my mum and my two young children.

Sat in a booth, super comfy and love the interior.

A member of staff wwas there to greet us and explain the menu, soooo much choice!

After deciding, we placed our order which was easy and then our waffles came out about 10 minutes later.

I have to say, nicest waffles EVER! Really soft inside and not too sweet. The fillings and ice cream were lush.

At first glance it may seem pricey, however, they dont hold back on portion sizes and my children could not finish theirs and we were offered take away boxes for them which I thought was really good.

A lady called Corelle (I think her name as on her tag) was so lovely. Really friendly and genuine.

Definately will return again.

Absolutely beautiful place. The interior is stunning and gives a lovely relaxing feel. But by far the best part is all the stunning flavours of ice cream �. We had the bubble waffles and made for a lovely little treat twice the size of some we’ve had previously from another shop. Fair pricing and happy staff made for a pleasent visit thanks and we’ll be back next soon

Was ok service ok if u in wheelchairs or can’t do stairs out of luck no down stairs toilets which for new place in Leicester is bad

The lady that welcomed us was helpful and polite. The guy serving is looked miserable and failed to understand my order resulting in it being wrong. Was excited to try the bubble waffle, texture and taste was nice but it felt like something was missing flavour wise? Maybe vanilla? You don't get much for your money. £17 for 2 desserts?

There's plenty of dessert places in Leicester which are cheaper, more for your money and a lot nicer.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The waffles were ok but a little dry. The little bit of ice cream/ cream isn't enough. 4 of us visited and all our drinks and desserts were brought out at different times, nothing was brought out together. My friend had eaten her desserts by the time another's were brought out and another of party had to wait until we were finished before her drink came and the place wasn't busy. Get that right and it will be worth a second visit.

Shame the order for four came out separately!

Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, below average desserts at high prices in a competitive dessert cafe scene in leicester.

First time and wasn't impressed. We were given menus which stank of mouldy cloth/wet dog! (Obviously been wiped with an old cloth). The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and it's so overpriced!

Poor till service (could not hear the order), stuff was dumped on the table server had no idea what was what overall not great and doubt I would return.

Hugely disappointed! Had the Belgian banana burrito to takeaway. I only live 5 mins from town so it wasn't sitting for ages. It was so chewy and hard! The filling was ok, nothing special. I also had the coconut gelato on the side, wasn't great, I wouldn't call it gelato either. My hubby had an Oreo and Ferrero milkshake it was like water so he asked them to sort it while he waited for my burrito, they just added more vanilla ice cream so he ended up with a vanilla milkshake, couldn't taste the Oreo or Ferrero. And all this cost £12.95. Overpriced and under flavoured. Such a shame I was looking forward to this place after all the hype!
