Hi everyone I'm Trevor Woolery. I run family friendly animation workshops called Create Animate at Beeston Library for children aged 7 - 11 years (or near to that age). Tickets are available for Saturday 18th & 25th August 9.30am - 12pm. There is a 10% discount for block bookings (2 or more tickets) with discount code BLOCK10. The Clangers is one of my favourite Stop Motion animated shows. It is a remake of the classic 1970’s show brought up to date with new stories, whilst retaining the look, feel and charm of the original. Here is a making of video that will give you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes. Enjoy.

Wellcome to Create Animate Nottingham’s home for fun family friendly animation. Let me introduce myself, I am Trevor Woolery a Nottingham based Animator and Arts Educator. I have been running workshops and teaching animation for many years (over 13 years and counting).

Create Animate is brand new, in fact the company was setup in July 2018. So keep checking back as I add more posts. Over time there will be a wealth of information to help any budding animator get started or improve their films.
The content on this page will always be family friendly, however I do aim to run some animation workshops for grown ups from time to time, so keep a look out for them. Something for everyone.
