why do your staff think it's acceptable to stand around playing around on their mobile phones ignoring customers ? Almost every member of staff I saw was messing around on the phone poor customer service I was looking for a product right next to a member of staff he was in my way he was too busy playing on his phone to notice me
Just been up to st georges looking for a hoover and we asked for assistance we got told he would send someone over to us we waited for about 15-20 minutes and no one came so I asked again to be told he was serving someone didn't look like the person was serving anyone just chatting with a colleague so we just walked out will not be using this store again
Went to currys St. George's retail park Leicester today to buy a fit bit charge, the sales person (trainee) didn't have a clue and when asking his colleague for help got none. All I wanted to do was try it on and then purchase, left the store annoyed and angry. I wasn't allowed to try it on, they didn't have a sample but had a lots of new ones in boxes. You lost a sale today.
Went into today to ask about freezers could not a free assistant (I was with my 80 yr old mum,,,) A chair was fetched for her to sit on and was told someone would be sent to talk to us. No one ever appeared I had to go chasing around to the store to find someone. Staff did not appear bothered!! Will try another branch next time!!
The worst service ever. Completely incompetent managers. When they make mistakes and cause you major inconvenience, not even an offer of recompense.
The Know How Staff know nothing ! Claimed they could not fit my cooker, gave me wrong advise about buying new hob plus advise a gas man to call. Gas man was not needed and lifted cooker in fine! Lost 2 days off work, several trips to the store, and phone calls plus stress and no cooker and also left a live wire hanging ! They want sacking !
Not one of the worst places to buy an electrical item but thee worse place to buy an electrical item. I brought a tv it's faulty and they won't let me return it because they cannot find the fault!
Micheline Scarlett ...Indesit condenser dryer 7 weeks old New regulations from 2015, any electrical items after a 30 day period have to be sent back to manufacturer to be dealt with which could take up to 28 days.So i asked the bloke in currys who going to dry my washing in the that time, he smirked so told him dropping the bloody machine outside the shop along with my wet washing in. Walked out and went to Marks Electrical and bought a Hoover tumble dryer. being delivered tomotow. Now Im stuck with a dryer that seems dangerous .Numerous calls over the last two days being put through to different departments and listening to friggin crap music. Now I have to have an engineer out for an inspection before I can get my money back. DONT BUY FROM CURRYS , DONT BUY HOTPOINT/INDESIT. The new regulation was obviously put in place to deal with crap goods. And I can't through to Currys at St Georges retail park all number go to a national centre. if i have to go down in person it wont be a nice scene...Didn't even want to give 1 star but no button for minus 5 stars...
I went in to buy an electric cooker today spent 20 minutes looking at a cooker picked out the one I want still no one ask can I help so went up to the counter stood there for 10 minutes not one of your staff said could I help or give me a minutes and I will with you .. Sale lost I left
