Just had my first 45min sports massage with Dawn. Felt really confident in her ability to identify my issue with my shoulder. I’ve had many sports massages and I have to say Dawn is up there with my best. I also felt really comfortable as she has a great personality. I now have a go to for regular treatments to keep on top of my ageing body �

Had my first ever sports massage last month on my back. Having been suffering for a number of weeks following sports injuries I decided to finally do something about it.

Dawn is absolutly fantastic, she quickly put me at ease as she worked her magic on my back. She offered some great advice to try and prevent further injury too. (Amazingly Dawn i did listen and rested my back for 2 weeks!)

She also sent me a follow up message to see how i was getting on afew days later.

Great service, Friendly, professional & local & I will definatly be using her again. Thanks Dawn x
