Popped into today so leanne could show of her amazing hairdressing talent.. now baring in mind I hardly even get my hair cut as it terrifys me. I finally plucked up the courage and had a real good cut, as well as some beautifully subtle highlights, I now feel like a new woman. Thanks to leanne for doing it, and the ladies at the salon for letting her. Xx

My first visit to the salon today and considering I only phoned yesterday hoping and praying for a hair appointment I was booked in with Amy and I am so happy with my cut. Transformed me from long and straggly to a beautiful sleek bob...I love it!!! Then an extra treat was my eyebrows so all in all a fab pamper session!!! Already booked back in and would def recommend this salon. Thanks girls

Leasha cut my hair and I absolutely love it! She listened to what I wanted and delivered, talkative, warm and welcoming, everything you would want from a hairdresser�



I would definitely recommend and will be back for color!

Keeley as been my stylist for over 16 years.... That speaks for itself!!! This place is fabulous!! whether you want hair or beauty, these guys are so talented and professional. <3 <3 <3

I took part in a charity head shave in October last year to raise money for the Little Princess Trust. Keeley and her team have been fantastic and I'll definately be going back for a cut and blow dry when my hair is long enough! :)

I haven't even been yet but I wanted to leave a brilliant review simply for such good customer service. I sent a message asking if they did mobile and they said no but were open long hours if that helped. Unfortunately due to my situation it didn't, and I explained and they said they'd come to me. They've absolutely gone above and beyond and THAT is brilliant customer service. I'm not fond of having my hair done, it makes me very uncomfortable but already I'm looking forward to it because the girls are so accommodating and put me at ease x





EDITED to add - just been and can't recommend enough! Amy and Tammy were so so amazing, my hair looks absolutely out of this world. SO highly recommended x

I had my hair coloured and restyled today by Aleighsha. She gave me a very positive experience and I am thrilled with the outcome. Will definitely go back again.

I got let down by my "sick" barber 20 mins before my appointment & wanted a fresh trim for new year. After contacting several hairdressers Keeley and Amy fitted me straight in & Amy did a cracking job for half the price I pay elsewhere.



Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I don't go to a salon very often and today was my first visit at Definition. I had a restyle with Amy and it looks fantastic. She's so lovely and made me feel like I'd been going there for years! Highly recommended *****

I came in about a month ago with my hair not really knowing what I wanted and Leasha Jackson really helped me out, she worked wonders on my hair, her and Ryan are a credit to the team they made me feel so welcome! After having my hair done with her everyone said how lovely it looked, not many hairdressers have made me feel good about my hair but she did! I will 1000% be returning! So thank you Leasha and Ryan!

I am new to the area and Keeley has been excellent with setting up appointments for me via Facebook. It was very quick and easy. Laura cut my hair and she was very friendly and did an excellent job, I would certainly recommend and will be going back. Thank you ladies x

Had an amazing COMCIT facial yesterday with Keeley. The whole process was so relaxing and she explained every step of the process to me before she started - I was a bit nervous about the thought of needles on my face but it’s nothing like a filler needle, more like a really strong exfoliation. My skin felt amazing as soon as she was finished but when I woke up the next morning my skin looked so glowy and fresh. My makeup went on amazingly as well and I’ve had so many compliments on my skin today � would definitely recommend this treatment for anyone who’s skin needs some rejuvenation.

First visit to this salon today and definately not my last. Aleighsha was lovely did a great job of restyling my hair .A credit to a well run business.

Came from South Wales for my aunties wedding and keely did our hair as we were bridesmaids, she is a total perfectionist, very friendly and welcoming, our hair was stunning and lasted two days, would definitely recommend this salon, and also can you open a salon in Wales lol

All the members of staff I met today were so lovely! Made me feel very welcome, and made nipping in for a quick trim pleasant and hassle free. Thank you for making my day x

Absolutely love my hair.. Normally after I've had bleach on i am scared to run my fingers through it because of a sore head and scared of it snapping... ( we all know that feeling when you have had bleach on your hair) Today I treated myself to an Olaplex treatment before my colour & cut and OMG!!! It worked a treat, my hair feels so soft and thicker than it normally does & much healthier,it looked liked Keeley had cut it before she actually did! Would definitely recommend this treatment it's won me over � Thank you Definition �
