Derby Kyokushinkai Karate

Already off to a good start this year, sessions going great guns, national courses attended and some new beginners.

First session of the year back will be a "Turkey Burner" mainly bag/pad work and fitness to get us all going again for the new year, Juniors 18.30-19.30, Seniors 19.30-21.30, New beginners, Old faces very welcome !!!

Always great to have success stories at the dojo, this week at the BKK summer camp Tomasz gained his black belt, it's a long and hard fought road for a Kyokushin shodan and Tom is a credit to himself and the club for all his perseverance and hard work, Osu Sempai! ­¤æŹ

Had a great day at the BKK national kata tournament today, came second in the Veterans high grade category, really great day with loads of competitors.

2017 was a great year for our Dojo, sessions start again tonight, whatever your age, fitness level or experience there is something for you in Kyokushin, come along and work with us to make some amazing memories for 2018, you will surprise yourself !!!
