Worked very closely with Derbyshire County Council recently whilst setting up our new Gas Training Centre in Ashbourne. We found the staff supportive and helpful when we were seeking advice. Now that our Centre is up and running (and doing extremely well), we would just like to thank DCC for their advice and guidance during them initial stages. Thank you.

I’ve been waiting for someone to answer the phone at DCC for 45 minutes!! It’s not even lunchtime, where are all the receptionists??

It's stressful enough going to Register a death but when your debit card declines for the cost of the death certificate and the Chesterfield Office tells you it because their machine doesn't like MasterCard payments it adds to your emotional problems! They then tell you that they charge extra for credit card payments. Surely, it's time to join the modern e- payment system. After all, it's not the fault of the person trying to making payment if your systems are antiquated!
