2239 hrs 🔥 on waste land off Colliery Road #Creswell. #Clowne_RDS used a hose reel jet to extinguish a small amount of rubbish and to prevent fire spread 💦🚒

20:23 #Buxton_RED attended a fire at a cottage in Priestcliffe Ditch. This was a chimney fire involving a wood burning stove & a wooden beam. Crews used a thermal imaging camera, water back packs & chimney gear to extinguish the fire.

21:07 #Alfreton_RED attended a car fire on Nottingham Rd, Alfreton. This was a false alarm, caused by an engine fault. Crews made the vehicle safe & left it with the owner.

14:10 - ClayCross_RDS attended a property in Lower Pilsley to assist an elderly gentleman who had fallen and was trapped in the bathroom. Crews used small tools to gain entry and provided first aid #notjustfires

13:48 - #LongEaton_White & #Ilkeston_White attended a property on Lawrence Street following reports of a house fire. On arrival, this was found to be a false alarm

13:28 - #Firefighters from #Swadlincote_Red attended a report of an alarm sounding at a property in Brook Street. An external search was completed with no signs of fire #staysafe

13:35 - #Firefighters have now extinguished the car fire at the #IntuCentre. Crews from #NottsRoad_White & #Kingsway_White have left the scene. #AscotDrive_White remain on scene for a debrief with Intu staff
