CAN ANYBODY HELP? We are looking for some lengths of wood - 6inches by about 6ft-8ft long (or longer), do you have any lying around that you don't need? We are making a sand pit ready for our fete so need it ASAP. We are able to pick it up. Thank you! DH xx

Many of you will have had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful lady when visiting Derbyshire House. The family of Anthea Wakefield would like to invite people that knew her to her funeral, which will take place on Friday 21st June at 10.20am at Wilford Hill Crematorium. Anthea and the family will be going from Derbyshire House at 9.45am to the crematorium. The wake will then be held back at Derbyshire House. You are all welcome to celebrate the life of Anthea, who is dearly missed and who will never be forgotten ❤️❤️❤️ xxxxxxxxxx

We need as many volunteers as possible to help run the fete so if you have a spare afternoon why not get involved and we'll provide you with food and drink as a thank you. The Fete is on the 29th of June. Get in touch - i would love to hear from you!
We have been asking around local businesses to see if they would donate their services for raffle prizes. So far we have had a positive response which is great and we couldn't be more grateful. If you would like to donate a prize of any sort, or your services, then that would be AMAZING.

If anyone has any unloved slabs lying around their house, we will happily take them off your hands and put them to good use 😊
