I’ve recently fallen a little out of love with jewellery making and wanted to reignite the fire that inspired me to set up as a jewellery designer. How better to reignite that fire than to learn something new! An afternoon course at @gateros_plating gave me the confidence and skills that I needed make my own #electroplating tank at home and today I set it up!! (With some extra help from Gateros 😉) With the chemicals, electricity and seemingly magical process, I’m feeling more than a little excited!!

Like many, I am super inspired by nature and If you follow my work you will know that my entire collection is inspired by the natural world. My all time favourite flower is the Poppy... It’s bold colours and wild nature mesmerises me, but most of all, I love that you can’t keep them. It’s the only flower that I know of, that you cannot pick without the flower literally falling apart! The ultimate wild thing 😍😍

I do like a bit of aquamarine and have recently discovered this more "rustic" version of the stone. Full of character with the tiny mossy inclusions and the green blue hues, this stone makes regular aquamarine look boring! Moss aquamarine has given me a new found love for this age old favourite!

The colour literally glistens in the light like rainbow glitter 🙂 and these photos do the stone no justice at all!!

Two of my favourite things, dragonflies and ivy :) I'll be listing this sweet little adjustable bracelet later on today 😍😍

Quite often, i make something and it gets pushed aside until i have time to photograph it.... Sometimes this could be months, depending on how busy i am! Well, this is one of those pieces. This gorgeous fern ring has been sat unloved for far too long, i thought it was time to show her to the world!
Created from solid brass, antiqued and polished to this beautiful antique gold colour. This was created as a thumb or fore finger ring but it can be worn on any finger, and as its... adjustable, it is perfect for those awkward fingers (or thumbs) where you can't seem to get a ring to fit. (Just like my thumb here in the picture!!)
