ordered a washing machine and it was delivered,fitted and the old one taken away free the next morning. The delivery men were polite and friendly, couldn't of got better service anywhere!!!!

Washing machine died yesterday (Sunday) wouldn't drain. Managed to get someone to look at it Mon afternoon £25 confirmed it was broken £120 to repair. Went to Dixon's at 15.30 having spoken to Steve on the phone bought a new washer with £50 off. Explained I was desperate had it delivered plumbed in and old one removed by 16.25 all included in the price of the machine. Talk about fantastic service. You only get this by shopping locally so forget the internet and support your local stores. Thanks Dixon's.

Needed a new washer dryer quickly for my holiday home. Ordered yesterday delivered, fitted and old one taken away today. My guests were very happy with the service and how friendly the guys were. Thank you again great customer service.

Had appliances when running a holiday home, and always had excellent service. Recently bought an oven and was offered same day fixing. Quick and efficient and reasonable prices.

Fantastic customer service from ordering to delivery. I ordered a fridge, washing machine and a cooker which were all delivered the next day free of charge even though the delivery men had to carry the items up 87 steps. They even installed my new goods and disposed of my old goods free of charge.

Dixons is the best shop in the world. That is all :)

We bought a washer this morning, it was delivered this afternoon plumbed in and checked. I put a wash on and it must have been a faulty machine as 1o mins later thick smoke was pouring out of the back. Unplugged the machine, called Dixon's told them the problem. About 1 hour later the chaps came back with a new machine, took the faulty one away. My new machine is now doing the job that the other couldnt. I can not fault Dixons on their fast efficiant service. Thankyou. Mrs D Rankine.
