Lots of black and black and white cats in this week!! Good job we have ID for each individual cat or could get a bit confusing! All lovely chilled cats and they're enjoying the warm weather

Tink and Boo are regular visitors to Doggies n Moggies Retreat, but usually stay together in our standard cat pens. These pens are normally adequate and spacious enough for 1-2 cats but we noticed each time they came Boo was becoming increasingly withdrawn and spending most of her time hiding. We also noticed Tink seemed to be the more confident one and there were subtle signs of bullying when they were close together. After discussion with their owner we decided to try one of the large cat rooms this time....what a difference!! Boo didn't hide at all and both appeared much more confident and relaxed. A bit of extra space can sometimes make all the difference! Happy cats 😻

A good example of the benefit of our large cat rooms, these 5 beauties can all be kept together but still have plenty of space to get away from each other if they want to.......Although Toffee may disagree, she has a bit of an audience at feeding time!! (They know not to steal any though....Toffee doesn't share food!!! 😾👊)
