We have been here a few times, excellent location in town with great coffee and ice creams, and staff very friendly

Visited for a late lunch on a Sunday, food was amazing and staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They were even doing a gelato workshop upstairs, was really interesting to learn that they make the ice cream in house and we even got to sample it fresh out of the machine. Highly recommend.

The management and staff are excellent and the gelato is simply amazing. All the gelato is hand crafted upstairs and it's all simply divine. We used to come here occasionally for treats but to help this lovely business thrive we'll be visiting every chance we get because small businesses are what help make Nottingham an amazing area to visit!

I went in today to ask if they do gluten free food and the kind young chap helped me. He even gave me a free sample of ice cream and it was delicious � I will definitely go back.... That is true customer service. (sorry I didn't get he's name)

Best ice cream in Nottingham and there are lots of flavors to choose from also the coffee and deserts are out of this world. Great staff, one bloke is above and beyond even served the Mrs and kids when they had just closed. Everybody needs to pay a visit.

Been now quite a few times and the gelato is all fantastic. Awesome natural flavours and great coffee to go with it. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Gorgeous Gelato! Lovely flavours! But I wish you would serve it with a metal spoon not a plastic, we were eating in. And perhaps just get rid of the plastic altogether?

Delicious ice cream and so nice to see vegan options - loved the chocolate sorbet! It’s a shame it’s all served with single use plastic spoons - surely this could easily be rectified? I mentioned it to a waitress who seemed completely uninterested. Great place overall though

Mixed bag. The gelato is amazing, can’t beat it. However, I had a waffle dessert which was very pricey and the waffle was overdone to the point where it was like rock, not nice at all. Also, the manager offered my two friends free ice cream but not me. Obviously no one expects free ice cream and its a nice gesture but if you’re going to do it then do it to all free. Being the only one who wasn’t given free ice cream was a violation, maybe its because my entire body is black apart from my face, sometimes that throws people off, I’m not sure. I just sat and played my DS while listening to Lucid Dreams and cried away the pain. I was okay though.

Very disappointed with the savory pancakes we ordered really not up to par! The sweet ones are nice. The savory are missing items not up to price. The freakshake was a waste as it was just a very over sweet with no cake on the top.

Stick to desserts guys, your English breakfast is an embarrassment. £7 for a lump of fatty bacon, some stringy scrambled eggs, a cocktail size sausage, a hash brown and 11 beans! Oh not forgetting the toast which came some time after the breakfast and was more like warm bread with butter that I might be able to spread an hour or two after be given it �. Harsh review I know but very very honest ... it is the stingiest and most disappointing breakfast I’ve ever had plonked infront of me. Two stars is merely for your coffee which was exceptionally good! If I spend £19.30 for breakfast for two people with coffee I wanna at least feel full..ish!

Same items are listed on the menu with different names (e.g. Classico and Lemon Drop are the same thing) and then the staff have a third name for them on the till. Causes massive confusion, especially in big groups where the staff are continually bringing items out and then taking them away again.



Our party had to be split across three tables, including one on a totally different floor, because of lack of disabled access.
