�� Took the chance knowing how tough the opening weeks can be for a new place. Even to the point when stood in looking through the menus I nearly decided to give it a bit longer...... however I stuck to it and gave them a shot. Very pleased I did service was great and friendly and for the volume of customers very slick we waited around 20 minutes for 4 pizzas all together and all came out looking and tasing great. Will be back for more soon.

Our 2nd meal from you tonight. Our first was the day you opened, so didn’t feel it was fair to leave a review that night as it was inevitably a stressed day. Tonight, excellent. We had the £19.99 deal. Didn’t have to wait long for it to be delivered. Gorgeous flavoured pizza; love your tomato sauce base, think the chicken strippers are my favourite ever, the garlic mini pizza just the right size, the potato wedges are ok but my least favourite. All in all, a perfect meal for a Saturday night in front of the TV. We will be back.

Just ordered and the food was out of this world the pizza dough was just like fresh bread with pizza toppings on it best pizza in this town if I was the other pizza shops in town I'd be very worried

I've had Dominoes from multiple stores and I've had quite a lot of them ��. I have to say that your store was probably one of the best tasting Dominoes I've ever had and it was only my first one from you guys! Your customer service was great, your delivery time was phenomal - for a Saturday you delivered within half an hour of ordering.



You did forget my rocket and chilli oil with the Roma pizza (which is my fave pizza) but after ringing you guys up and speaking to a lovely guy on the phone your delivery driver drove straight back with it! You gave me the choice of waiting for this or a free side next time which was great too. So regardless of this and how you've just opened I am very impressed with you guys!�



One question, do you do student discount in store? �

Great member of staff there, he apologised that they had missed a topping off one of our pizzas, but made up for it straight away with a free pizza! Forgotten the lads name but he was great! Pizza was lovely aswell�

Enjoyed our free pizzas yesterday so thought id get a home delivery today as a treat for my granddaughter. Ordered a large stuffed crust. It arrived within 20 minutes and was outstanding. Yes they are more expensive than other local pizza shops but well worth it..so good.

My partner and I have ordered home delivery twice from here and I can't really fault it much. The food was piping hot when it arrived, the portions were decent and the delivery was super quick which you can track all the way, you know when it's on it's way to you too, you get and e-mail and a txt message to let you know. We ordered Saturday night too. The only thing is it's a little more expensive that other pizza shops but the whole experience is over all much better. I am in impressed and it takes a lot to impress me because I'm picky.

I love dominos from my time in America. Order took about 20mins tonight but the place was rammed. My pizzas were great and the time wasn't an issue cos the place was rammed and the pizzas were hot and fresh. Happy �

Have ordered twice now... one delivery and one collection. Pizzas were hot and delicious both times. Service was friendly and polite (so sorry to the poor delivery driver who didn’t get a tip as I had no change �). One pizza was slightly wrong (different veg to what I had ordered) but I didn’t mind as it was still lovely. For a place that has only been opened a week I was impressed �

Nowt flash .... I didn't get my free pizza must of missed that boat .... pizza average! the garlic bread with the meal deal was tiny and I mean tiny ! Not a patch on Ashland and odanas if I'm honest I won't be changing where I get my pizzas from. Way to pricey spent 25 pound on the same deal as local shops do for at least a tenner less ....

Got our free pizza today. Quick service and really friendly service. Got beef as my topping. It was incredibly salty (and I’m a salt addict) so I couldn’t quite finish it. Can’t complain too much as it was free and I’ll never say no to free food! The dough on the pizza was very nice however so if I try it again I’ll go for a different topping next time. But £8 for a little pizza normally when you can go to odana and get a munch box with the same size pizza in, a burger, chips, kebab, dip and a kids parmo for £8 too? Bit excessive in price for me.

My first and last experience of your pizza - years of being told that domino's was the best

Not only did you get my order wrong but it was Stone cold -, what a shame that all the publicity you shared you couldn't cope. Maybe next time you open a new shop do it without all the offers etc etc so you can actually manage..... Terrible for a national business!

Me and hubby ordered Italian garlic bread and 2 pizza's. The garlic bread was burnt and crispy and my pizza had a HAIR in it. Hubby called and the wouldn't give a refund as they didn't have proof until hubby emailed a picture of the hair to them so now awaiting a refund! Safe to say never ordering from them again!

Firstly I didn’t expect it to be amazing since I knew it was the first night and knew they would be busy but what I experienced was worse than I imagined! We waited 20 minutes to place an order in the shop, once we did had we sat down and got a free drink for waiting (which was nice of them). After a while the woman said we were waiting on one more pizza! After being sat in dominoes for 45 minutes we got given our food, to then realise they had missed off two pizzas! They apologised and said they would put our pizzas to the front of the queue. By now we had been sat in there for one hour, eventually we were given our order (they forgot the sauces but we were that hungry we just wanted to go). Once we got home, every single pizza was cold expect for the two that they forgot. I didn’t expect the service to be good, but that is just horrendous.

Well disappointed will not order for them again ordered £30+ worth of food and it turns up cold and the pizza was very dry wedges were burnt and not only that how do you justify charge £5 for about 10 wedges lol complete rip off then dominos gets intouch and offers me a voucher witch may I add we still carnt use as we haven't spent the minimum requirements to us the voucher lol so basically you have just fobbed us off with a money off voucher the same as everyone can get online and you actually exspect me to come back lol I think I'll stick with Ashlands pizza shop from now on as I've never had a bad 1 off them yet and half the price for same order no brainer

There were multiple items of the order missing , potato wedges and chicken strippers half cooked , must have been rationing toppings and cheese as some slices had 1 piece of topping on and the order was mostly just warm . I won't be using Dominos again as it's a complete rip off and the food is rubbish !

Ordered two large margarita pizzas ended up with one large which had tiny bit of cheese n ended up with one medium one phoned the store where the guy was laughing on the phone about not refunding my money everyone should avoid this place like the plague rudest people iv ever spoke to

Ordered pizza, arrived to collect. Was told there was still a 25min wait. After 20mins shop called (I was standing in store) to tell me ingredients not in stock. Had to re select toppings and then wait a further 25mins. Given pizza to find 1 topping missed off and no dipping sauce. Staff seemed overwhelmed and I was not the only frustrated and disappointed customer this evening.

Having waited already for our order for over 40 minutes sat in "preparation" I called the store to be told it could be another 20 mins as they have been over run with orders tonight.... over an hour later and we are still waiting for our order which is now sat in "quality check".... hmmm makes me think the status thing is nothing more than a gimmick rather than an accurate reflection on where our order actually is.



I get this is a new store but this is absolutely unacceptable for a "fast food" delivery service!! There is no option in the app to cancel the order so I guess we have no choice but to sit and wait....



Suffice to say we may be reverting to our old pizza store next time!
