Track your habits to become aware of them! Keeping a food journal not only about what you eat , but also including why you are eating,what made you want to eat, when and how it's making you feel can be very eye opening. A lot of us use food as a form of emotional oral compensation. Again it's about how " the food" makes us feel. By keeping a journal we can reflect how we are dealing with our emotions and then evaluate if those ways are indeed serving us.

Struggling implementing those positive habits? A little advice: The most effective habits are the ones that make you FEEL GOOD in the moment and lead to the RESULTS YOU WANT in the long-run. Stop focusing on results, that are delayed gratification, and focus on how it makes you feel ( instant gratification 😍).
If you're eating "healthy food" to look better, the result might take longer than expected, same with exercise! If you are eating healthy food that tastes great and exercising because it makes you feel good, then you have an immediate reason to keep going. So keep going !!!πŸ‘ŠπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜˜

Salt, Sugar and Fat. Key ingredients that our taste buds like because they enhance any flavour added to food. Important to note is that we link food with experiences and emotions. Whether they are good, bad, serve or not serve us. I grew up with having the occasional Pepsi, 7Up, Miranda or Fries and they were very special to me then. When I have them today it sure brings back memories but I never crave them. What I'm trying to say is, be careful what you feed your kids. Long lasting habits that our engrindet in us are extremely difficult to brake and you won't be doing them any favour. ..Our taste buds can be retrained so never think it's too late to make those little changes that will have BIG impact in the long run. ❣️

Procrastination: "The action of delaying or postponing something."...like my tax return πŸ€ͺ😫 I'm guilty as anything...always doing it last minute as if for some reason I believe ignoring it makes it go away.
Tip: Finding your Why acts as a useful motivator. Why do I need to do my Tax return - because if you don't you are faced with a fine!😨 Why should I not push it along in front of me - because it saps my energy which instead could be vented far more effective.
