We have an Fun Easter tennis camp event on Sunday 5th April for Juniors to come and take part in.
Don’t forget to book your tennis coaching place as soon as possible.

Good Morning, I am pleased to announce that we have an upcoming coaching course. Please see poster attached for details.

Today at 1:30pm everyone is welcome to come down with a racket or a brush. For our clean up session. With some weeding, moss clearing and general tidy up of the courts taking place. Any extra hands are welcome and hopefully a game of tennis to finish after. We hope to see some of you there.

Thank you to all those juniors that have taken part in our Sunday sessions. It has been fantastic to run and we have definitely seen some real improvement in individuals. With the winter drawing closer we hope to look at some winter sessions indoors and will update parents if this becomes an option. Thank you for your support.

Great weather for tennis we hope to see plenty of you for adult social tennis 10:15am and of course the next generation kids session at 9:30 in the morning.

To the parents with children at junior tennis, again my apologies for being unable to make today. I believe everyone did a good job and the children did great 👍.
I will be there this week and we will see what everybody has remembered from the first 2 weeks. Along with looking at volleying.

Do shop around as you can pick up a reasonable racket for £10 upwards. Argos actually are ok for price, Amazon is the obvious one, however sports direct and decathlon are great for being able to go and hold a racket, usually with mix of colours to suit personal choice.

Finally now that schools are back and parent you may talk to more parents. Do mention about our free tennis session. It is so important to get kids active and enjoying sport.
We hope that with the success of this programme we will be able to offer an indoor tennis programme to keep up the great work through winter.
