Hey there,
Thanks for stopping by to check out my page. I am a 200hr Hatha Yoga qualified teacher with the Sivananda Vendanta, Kerala, India, based in Ibiza Spain. Yoga Alliance Uk registered. I am also specially trained in Prenatal Yoga (Birthlight UK) and hold a 280 hour community and Kids yoga qualification with Rainbow Yoga.
My love for Yoga started at university and continues to this day, ever growing and ever changing. Your journey with yoga is never complete.
Yoga isn't just about touching your toes. There five points of yoga: exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet, positive thinking /meditation. It is important to consider all five of these points to truly enjoy the benefits of yoga
My classes touch on all of these elements. I teach in and around the Nottingham area so please keep your eyes peeled for classes to suit.
Next year I hope to embark on a retreat or two so keep a look out here!

Situated within the rolling hills of the Peak District National Park, The Cattle Shed is a luxurious contemporary converted barn. It features an open plan lounge with a log burning fireplace to cosy up in the evening and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to take in the sunsets. You will be sleeping in a splendid twin room complete with ensuite bathroom. All of the rooms are based on two sharing but don’t worry, 90% of people come on retreats on their own. Look at it as an opportunity to meet some like minded individuals or why not bring along your bestie to share the experience with.

Who is thinking what the actual f*** is a chia seed? 😂 I’ve teamed up with the gorgeous gang @thechiaco to bring you a chia goodie bag of dreams for my DO Yoga brunch on Sunday. You yogis are in for a treat!! (check out my insta stories) So what do we need to know about the chia seed? ... 1. Chia seeds come from the desert plant salvia hispanica, a member of the mint family. 2. The nutrients in Chia - fibre, protein, omega 3, antioxidants, vitamin B, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium - can help to sustain energy, improve digestion, and heart health and encourage healthy skin, hair and nails. 3. Happy New Year to you all! So very excited to announce that my DO Yoga Brunches will be back from Sunday 3rd February and continuing through the year on the first Sunday of every month!
... The schedule of morning looks like this -
1 hour hatha yoga - a slow paced class, suitable for everyone, allowing you time to breathe and connect to yourself.
30 minutes - Yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a yogic sleep, similar to guided meditation, a real chance to rest and relax. This is a real treat as we are often rushed through the relaxation part of yoga. Here we embrace it.
1.30 hrs Brunch time - After the yoga class we then sit down to enjoy the brunch feast and chat to our fellow yogis before heading off to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
FEBRUARYS FEAST WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE LITTLE NOTTS DELI.
This year I will be contributing the money you pay here in fees to the Wellness In Mind Charity. Wellness in Mind provides information, advice and support for anyone in Nottingham experiencing issues with their mental wellbeing. The service will help people understand mental health issues, and connect people to the services which may best support them.
No one likes to pay fees for tickets so hopefully knowing that those fees will be helping a local charity will ease the turmoil of paying them.

A belated Happy New Year to you all!! I hope you had the best festive season ever?!
