Dpsa - Freestyle

Starting this Friday 6th October our FREESTYLE classes begin.Suitable for Boys and Girls FRIDAY 6.15-7.15 Ages 10-16 yrs £4 FRIDAY 7.30-8.30 16+ and over £5 There is no need to book,just turn up and enjoy the fun using our new freestyle equipment.The class is based on pay as you go. Children under 16 yrs. must be accompanied by a parent to sign our consent form.

Freestyle classes will be taking a break from next week. Hoping to have them running again ASAP with new coaching staff. Keep watching here for updates. Thanks Karen

No Juniour or Adult Freestyle class for 2 Fridays (5th and 12th February) will be back as usual from 19th February. Thank You Karen

Hi Everyone, As it's children in need today, we at Daventry Phoenix Gymnastics Club are having a PJ day today Friday 13th November and tomorrow Saturday 14th November. Come to gymnastics in your pyjamas (no nighties or buttons for safety reasons) and make a small donation to children in need. Thanks Karen

It's has been truly epic working with all the guys on this video showcasing how far they have all come in the year since we started this class! Had an awesome last session on Friday which culminated in this ace run being put together by the guys. Was great to see how much all the guys have progressed since we started the juniors freestyle class. See you all in the new year

Please note there will be no junior and senior freestyle this Friday 21st November due to our annual club championships. Classes will resume as usual next week.
