Quick but more importantly a honest service received from DTec. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using their service again.

My old pc was time expired and based on reviews went to D Tec in Carlisle to replace. Great service with no pressure and a seamless transition to a new computer was the result. Have the added reassurance that these guys are there if I need them. Excellent value is the cream on the cake!

Loved the last event that they put on i was in the first 30 so i got 50 £ worth of swag .

I’ve used computers for decades – work and personal – with few problems. Been a customer at DTec Carlisle for some years and they typify the advantages of a small local business over the big national chains – you know them and they know you. Bought a couple of laptops, a printer and various ‘odds and sods’, with consistently great service. But recently I’ve had a fright – apparent security threat on my computer for the first time ever!

The advice and support I had from Kev was magnificent. He had it all sorted out and I can’t thank him enough. DTec – you have a Good Guy there – look after him!

Had a panic when my laptop wouldn't turn on, so rang Dtec & hot footed it straight there for them to have a look at.

After a quick check they realised it was a faulty battery that was stopping it from powering up.

Excellent customer service & a very quick diagnosis. This is the sort of service most places can only dream about & I can only say that I am very happy for the quick fix. Well done guys :)

Great event last Saturday. Nice staff, good organization and nice prizes. I was really impressed by how everything turned out alright in spite of the amount of the people in a small place.

Great even on Saturday, very well organised with a large amount of prizes given away. Saw some things on display which caught my eye so will be returning soon in order to purchase. Thanks for the great day guys.

The fact that they will investigate and diagnose laptop issues free of charge so that you can make the decision on whether to proceed with a repair or not, is simply outstanding!

Enjoying my new Asus laptop collected from Dtech today, thanks Bob for the excellent service prior to collection and in my follow up calls to sort out a couple of things when I got it home. Only needed due due to my limited IT skills. Highly recommend them, it's our second purchase from them

DTec = Top Tec.. I spent 4 hrs last night trying to sort out printer/laptop connection..Rang DTec this morning and they sorted the problem in 15mins.. woo woo. Great after service, I still have no idea how the remote take over works, but I'm well behind the times...

Came in yesterday to spec up a new build that I'm doing over the next few months, it's been years since I've built a pc from scratch and Bob was great. Explained everything and 20 mins later I was on my way home with a new case, power supply and CPU cooler that was all in stock. Great service all round.

Brilliant, quick and efficient service and built a 'to spec' computer for my daughter within days, she is absolutely delighted with it. Thank you
