Just getting back to biking after 10 years or so , all the staff so friendly and helpful, great customer service , really made me feel at ease.

I bought remotely over the phone on a bit of a whim. Everything about my interaction with Curtis and the team was faultless. The bike was exactly as described, if not better. The phone service and communication was spot on. The pickup was a superbly pleasant experience, with coffee and answers to all of my questions and even a complimentary bit of phone charging! I had a comprehensive introduction to the bike and all of the features and menus and left them with a massive smile on my face. Next time I buy a bike, I will see what these guys have have available first despite the distance from me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys :-) Now off to put some miles on the smiles!

I had constant update e-mails about things over the weeks waiting for my bike from Ducati Italy and the guys in the workshop turned things round 2 days early for me too. Having bought a fair few vehicles over the years this company is by far the best I have dealt with. Thank you very much I hope you get many many sales as you deserve every one.
