This place is literally amazing. Every time I finish a sesion I walk out of there buzzing. I couldn't recommend it enough especially if you have pretty much any health issues. It's not just a full body workout it's also great to clear your head. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so chilled. Genuinely love this place!!

This is the best yoga studio I have had the pleasure to teach and practice in. And I have been to many all over the world. The space is amazing, the aura is welcoming, vibrant and comforting. The stafff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and student focused and all levels of practitioner are welcomed.

The teaching is fluid yet personalised to each individual teacher which makes DHY unique in comparison to most other hot yoga studios.

Fantastic yoga studio with great atmosphere! The classes are challenging but always leave you feeling amazingly invigorated. There is never any pressure to feel like you have to make the poses or that you're doing it wrong. In fact the lessons are like a guided meditation through a lovely sequence of balancing postures and floor work that will make you sweat, flush out toxins and generally feel super inside and out.

Top notch teachers & a stunning location with lots of natural light! Couldn't ask for much more.
