A lesson hopefully learnt today. This gorgeous little girl was picked up by our Environmental Services Officer. Her microchip information was not up to date so we were unable to reunite her with her owner and had to go to kennels. Thankfully now reunited but if details were up to date this could have been avoided. Make sure you update any changes.

constant road works on the new rushden lakes. and other "new build road constructions but the existing road network has beeb neglects to an unsafe mannor through out northamptionshire.

luckly no body blames you guys becuase they think its there road tax that pays for the roads. when in actual fact its you job to report the state of your roads to northamptionshire county council. please. tell me what is needed to get you guys to fix these holes

You contract street doctor to carry out poor repairs, these then need replacing less than 1 month later ? They have left all the tarmac from the potholes in situ at the sides of the road ( not even cleaned up the debris from the road making it not only an eyesore but a hazard and nuisance from flying stones ) absolutely disgusting wish I could get paid to give a shoddy, have a go service which no one seems to monitor.

Poor letter writing skills then no apology from the writer. Ignore questions and personally victimise individuals.

Need to get theirs council to court to answer questions they ignore.

What are we paying for?

Constant missed food collection then when they do pick it up they throw the bin down and crack it only had replaced few months back
