Took in my tricycle for repairs, very pleased with the service I received and the very reasonable cost, would recommend.

Superb advice from very enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. Liam's patience with my clumsiness on a test ride was a very reassuring plus. I cannot rate their friendly service too highly. As well as knowledge and professionalism, they are incredibly approachable. So very glad I came here before checking out the competition!

It's over 5 years and some serious ill health since i last got out on my bike. Add in arthritic knees, weight gain and turning 60 I thought it would never be possible again. Then we found out about ebikes, researched a lot and eventually went along to Ebike Electric Cycle Centre where Gary took us through the bikes and FreeGo were the bikes for us. Very stylish, the quality of build, service and guarantee - it was a no brainer. We purchased a Regency for me and a Hawk for my husband in January and I must have driven Gary mad with all my emails and questions but nothing was ever too much trouble. He had so much patience and is so knowledgable, he even registered the bikes for us at FreeGo. Amazing!

Looking forward to many happy miles of fun and eventually a commute to work all thanks to Ebike Electric Cycle Centres and FreeGo.

I didn't buy a bike from here! So why a review with 5 stars? Because IF they had the bike I ended up buying, I would have gladly bought it from them. The service I received was second to none. Asking to test ride again was not a problem, and Liam took his time to explain the differences in systems and how they actually affect the ride. One of my closest friends, did buy a bike from them a year ago and is extremely pleased with the bike, the service and the price.

I bought a bike almost 2 months ago now and I'm already over 750 miles doing the daily commute to and from work 5 days a week my bike makes getting to and from work a pleasure .

The guys are brilliant and very helpful I would recommend them to everyone ,

Had a front wheel ebike conversion in June 2018 and the service was excellent. They also identified and sorted other problems including a split rear tyre whilst checking. Would recommend this shop and staff for their friendly helpful and professional service.
