Looking to rebuild you engine, then make sure to use good quality engine bearings. We use a lot of King Racing Bearings within our builds. As we all know the Stock 2.0 EcoBoost Head has the very poor/restrictive integrated Exhaust Manifold into the head. Ford Performance have now released a proper Individual 4 port exhaust head. This will bolt directly onto the 2.0 EcoBoost Block, it will also work on the 2.3 Mustang/RS Block with Modifications. We are currently working on a Head Package with Porting, Larger Valves and uprated Valve Springs. The Stock Exhaust Valves are slightly smaller at 28mm over the 30mm i...n the stock 2.0 Head. These can be taken out to 32mm with New seats. Intake valves are the standard 32.5mm size, which we will also be opening up to 35mm which will give much better flow. Obviously a Exhaust Manifold would need to be made to use this head at the stock unit will not fit. "Crankshaft Keyway" Both the 2.0 & 2.3 EcoBoost Engines rely on Friction washers to Link the Crank, Timing Chain Gear & Crankshaft Pulley. Under high loads these have a tendancy to start failing due to extreme pressure put onto each component. This can result in lots of damage to your engine including, bent valves, damaged pistons and conrod failures. Putting a keyway into the Crank, Sprocket and Pulley ensures everything is all locked into one position, eliminating Timing movement and damage being caused. Price for work to be carried out to all 3 items is £239.95.

Ford's 2.3 EcoBoost Crank used in both the Mustang and RS is a Forged Steel Construction. They can take high HP outputs without any issues. 2.0 EcoBoost owners have the benefit of being able to install this into the 2.0 Block with the correct components to create a Stroker conversion for your 2.0.
