We went in a couple of weeks looking at beds and we received an amazing service - all questions answered and nothing was too much trouble! We ordered a super king bed and mattress for delivery today and I must say the 2 delivery men achieved the impossible! With plenty of blood, sweat and tears they worked soooooo hard to get everything upstairs and into the bedroom when in actual fact it really shouldn’t have fitted but they just didn’t give up!! Absolutely 5 stars and can’t recommend them highly enough - thank you � �

We ordered a King size mattress which is a Heritage Natural Gold. Would like to say the staff in the showroom were very helpful and friendly. The guys that delivered the mattress can also have a gold star, they arrived exactly on time and delivered 2 mattresses and took the old one away, they made it so easy plus they were very friendly. As for the mattress what can I say. Aches and pains seem to be disappearing, my husband said he hadn't had such a good night's sleep since we stayed at the Hilton! Would recommend this company to anyone.

The best service, the guys were lovely, and my bed is beautiful. I get so so so many compliments on it and how luxurious it is. The fabric is gorgeous and the mattress is such good quality for the price!! Couldn’t recommend enough. Xxx

And ready for me to collect at the time I said . The bed looks amazing and was one of the best sleeps I’ve had . The customer service they provide is second to none . They Kept me up to date with what was happening with the order and could not do more for me . I would definitely Recommend this local company .

I cannot thank the guys enough at Elegant Dreams. I ordered a king size Keswick bed and kept changing my mind on the colour and other bits on the bed and they couldn’t do enough to help me, nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely love my new bed and will definitely be back for another bed for my other room and will be recommending them to all my friends and family

I am thrilled with my new bed I got a king size majestic chesterfield in champagne crushed velvet with a dual orthopaedic mattress, quality is very good it’s easy to assemble and it’s solid and sturdy, the beds are priced very well I feel like I have got myself a good bargain, customer service is excellent I sent messages asking to see photos and they got back to me straight away ordering was quick and delivery was prompt, the guy that delivered the bed was lovely and I could pay on my card at my front door overall very pleased and I will be recommending to friends and family

Bought a kingsize divan on offer for £199 for the base, headboard and an ortho mattress. Brilliant value and well made, this price included the delivery also which is a great deal and the ordering process was easy. Very pleased with the product and service and would definately recommend.

Amazing products and outstanding customer service, nothing too much trouble and always service with a smile, can wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be visiting again for my new house

After coming across this company on a local f.b site I placed my order for 2 mattresses, I also changed my order 24hr before!!! No complaints, all the way along the customer service was excellent, delivery slot window was as stated, brought to my door and as I live down a lane where access can be difficult was brilliant. Great quality item would def reccomend to anybody. We will be using again.
