Emccan Description
Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton Carnivals make up the emccan partnership, supported by Arts Council England, Local Authorities and Independent members.
EMCCAN offers a voice, advocacy, inspiration and leadership for carnival arts and hosts an annual Queen Show which rotates each City each year. It also creates a regional magazine and annual publication. Partners look forward to working on exciting new joint initiatives in the coming years. . . WATCH THIS SPACE! ! !
