Went today with my mum, grandma and daughter, had a range of treatments from massage to nails, my 8 year old daughter had a mini facial with hair and makeup! All I can say is, brill, from start to finish, for all four of us absolutely loved it!! The staff are all so welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable! Absolutely 5 star treatment. Thanks to the two wonderful staff members who made my 12 year old daughter and her friend so happy on Saturday with their fantastic mini makeover. They had nails eyebrows make up and hair glitter as a birthday treat. The staff made them both feel very special and very pampered and I can't thank them enough. Thanks also to the reception lady whose went out of her way to ensure that emilys touch exceeded our expectations by providing us with a tailor made experience. My nails were fab too. Highly recommended.

She made my experience at Emily's Touch very relaxing as it was a birthday present and just what I needed, after not being pampered for over a year after having my little boy. Also I've had some great facials and massage from Polly she makes you feel so relaxed. Emily is a lovely lady and is always available to answer any queries you may have. I visit this place regularly and never disappointed! I always like to have Katie to do my shellac nails, she does a fab job at French! She also recently did a back massage and brow wax for me which I was really happy with! Kerry-Ann is lovely, and did my first ever Brazilian! She also did my semi-permanent lashes which looked amazing! I felt well and truly pampered before my holiday, and tthis is definitely my go-to place for all my beauty needs!

I have been going to Touch for years to have beauty treatments but mainly my nails. I have never been disappointed, in fact quite the opposite! Laura is amazing at doing nails and it is such a lovely experience. I always have a lovely latte whilst having my nails done. Tonight she even spoilt my daughter (who was with me ) to a hot chocolate. Excellent customer service and really pleasant staff. Highly recommend, if you haven't been yet, you must try it for yourself!

Amazing experience at Emily's Touch in Mapperley! I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they even squeezed me in to have my eyelashes tinted at such last minute! All of the staff and friendly and accommodating and make sure you are happy with your look. My favourite salon and could not recommend enough!
