Hi everyone! Im a single mother to two little boys with a passion for baking.
I started as a hobby baker around 5 years ago (i will not show you any pics of my early work : D) and i quickly discovered that this is something i love to do! Over the years i have developed my own recipes, using only the highest quality ingredients, and learned different cake decorating techniques.
What i love most about what i do is seeing people's faces when you present them with the cake of their dreams, be it my little boys on their birthday or a client who has asked me to create something from a couple of their ideas. . . I love making people happy and who doesn't love cake!
