This is an amazing gym with friendly staff who are always happy to help and it has a real family feel to it where you feel comfortable to work out on your own because everyone offers encouragement rather than judgement . I have a personal trainer Sarah Davies who has put together food and training plans and I'm so happy with the results and it's only been five weeks . I would whole heartedly recommend this gym to everyone who is looking to join one .jjb

I joined a week ago after a weeks free trial. It is a true old skool, real gym with the type of equipment Lou Arnie and Zane would have used. The type of place you aren't afraid to sweat and train like a beast. The staff are chatty and friendly and the old boys that train there are equally friendly. Three floors of weights, sauna, sunbeds as well as selling clothing and supplements. You can even purchase a shake at the counter. There are so few gyms like this left I hate these modern techno gym shite places with assclowns on their mobiles. If you're serious about your training this gym is the only gym

But this is a gym for people who lift and want to achieve their goals and not like a lot of these leisure centre gyms which seem to be more of a social club than anything else.
