Tom certainly sorted my daughter out, now she's one half of the GB synchronised swimming duet, who just achieved 16th place in the World!!



She was suffering from hip pain which was drastically affecting her training, physically and mentally. The recommendation to see Tom came after nearly a year of misdiagnosis and several different courses of treatment, desperate for someone to believe and help fix her we saw Tom, who took time to understand exactly what was going on and what he could do to help. We are 7 months on and she is free from pain and has been for at least two months.

Hi. My name is Bill and i used to be a runner up until 7 yrs ago when I developed a knee problem. I then had give up running. This year my son suggested I visit Dr Tom at Epoch for an assessment. The assessment showed my back and knee needed realigning. At the assessment Dr Tom invormed me he saw no reason why I should not be able to run 5k at the end of my treatment. Yeh right I thought. Having trouble even walking for any distance and in a lot of pain at the end of every shift at work. Half way through the treatment much to my surprise and delight I am now doing 30 mins on treadmill doing fast walking on an incline with minimum pain. The discomfort at work is 80% better. I am looking forward to the 2nd half of the treatment. So if anybody out there has any injuries which have been lingering and think there is nothing more that can be done please go and see Dr Tom at Epoch, Lincoln. You've nothing to lose but absolutely everything to gain. Once again thanks Dr Tom.

Over the last 15 years I have been diagnosed with various chronic pain conditions. Being hypersensitive to medication it's been a minefield of trial and error of everything from pain KILLers to anti-depressants. None of which helped so I was abandoned to manage alone.

And then I discovered Tom Waller at Epoch.

I am part way through treatment and already enjoying my progress. I sleep better, I breathe better and I don't crave pain relief. I feel optimistic for the first time in a long time.

My husband suffered with chronic back pain for months, putting off seeking advice on how to relieve the pain & resorted to painkillers most days just to get through work, as a quick fix. The last ditch attempt was to see Dr. Tom in desperation as the fatigue was so severe it was beginning to affect the running of his business & the marital relationship. He went in open minded about what chiropractic treatment could do to help after never experiencing it before and within 3-4 months he was pain free and taking back control of his life.

My story is less impressive - after experiencing my husband’s journey to better chiropractic health, I became curious into what state my own health was in, even though I considered myself to be pain free without any complaints. The initial examination interestingly revealed subluxations that I was totally unaware of but could have explained some discomforts in past experiences. After a few months of adjustments I was amazed at how much my mood & sleep had considerably improved... it was then my mission to refer as many people as I could to Epoch! I've done the rounds with consultants, physios, pain clinic, had various tests, mris, etc for the past 8/9 years and had very little answers or Hope as to why my back became so stiff and painful or if anything would make it better. For most part, I was sent on my way with painkillers that I really didn't want to take. I walked into Epoch about 6 weeks ago on crutches in pain. I had my assessment with Tom who from the start was and always is only ever positive. A week later Tom gave me my results and something more important, he gave me hope. I was excited to start my treatment. After my first treatment, I felt my left leg again. For years i have been walking around with a numb leg which felt like lifting a tree trunk. I was in shock that I could feel the floor beneath my foot! After every treatment I have had, I have felt better and better. My back has had an 'a-ha' moment and my muscles are not tight. My chronic sinusitis is improving. I'm not walking with crutches. My ibs is settling. My depression and anxiety seem to be decreasing. I have more motivation and energy to play with my son. Today I felt awesome for the first time in a very long time! My son is happy that he has his mummy back.

I started getting adjusted over 4 months ago. I had always had a bad (very) posture. Shoulder pain and trouble walking for long periods. X-rays showed my spine was fused and twisted. I had no idea. Thankfully my spine has come a long way. I can sleep better, walk for longer periods and most importantly for me, I can correct my posture without being in pain. �

I have suffered from back,neck and shoulder pain for many years and due to bad posture have been suffering with severe acid reflux. I have spent many years going around in circles with my doctors having scans. x-rays and taking painkillers and a lot of different antacid medication. This has all affected my daily life from sleeping to my concentration at work and general energy levels. I discovered Epoch and right from the orientation it all fell into place. I received a thorough examination and an adjustment plan which from the first appointment has improved my quality of life. My back and shoulder pain has subsided and i have minimal acid reflux and for the first time in many years i am sleeping through the night and with only one pillow instead of three! I have good days and bad but with each week I am improving! My concentration and energy levels have greatly improved. I wish i had found you earlier! Thank you for what you have done for me!

I have been taking my 4 month old daughter for the past 2 months to see Tom at Epoch .. since birth she has had many problems , we tried everything to help her from being poorly and in pain. When I was told about the work Tom would do I knew straight away we had to do it . My daughter could only turn her head one way and not be comfortable, constipation and she also had colic and other problems, her soft spot on the back of her head was closing to quick wich was not helping with her growth at all. We went to doctors and hospital but never got anywere with them wich upset us alot I was starting to think there was no hope for her . Since she has been going to Tom there has been an extremely big change , she turns her head the whole way and sleeps on the opposite side, her colic has gone and does not affect her anymore, even the other problems are becoming so much better. . I was very nervous of going at first but as soon as I walked in Sarah made us feel at ease and I felt alot more relaxed, she really is great .. Tom went through absolutely everything and helped calm me also I felt very comfortable and I knew that my daughter was in safe hands .. I would just like to say a massive thank you for the help Tom and sarah have given us they are lovely amazing people . I would recommend for anyone that are having problems with themselves or baby/child to go to Epoch xxx

I didn’t know what chiropractors did and stumbled across one quite by accident when visiting Manchester. They said they could help me, sure I though, I was very sceptical.

However the encounter soon lead me to Tom and the team at Epoch. After another assessment by Tom and a full explanation of what he found wrong, he too said he could help.

I honestly didn’t think this was possible I have had these problems since I was in my late teens and they had gradually got worse over the years, to spite seeing physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rheumatologist etc. I was certain I would eventually end up on strong pain medication for my back like my mam and my granny before her.

Tom had been given a lifeline.

I was very unsure, and as nervous going for my first adjustment as I was before I went for major surgery but everyone was very understanding and helped put me at ease.

I have just completed the first part of my treatment and cannot believe the positive changes it has made, not just to my neck and back pain but to my health in general. I have had no heartburn/indigestion/nausea since the very first adjustment. I’m sleeping better and feel more refreshed when I get up. My mind is clearer and I am no longer getting palpitations and only occasionally feelings of anxiety.

I really don’t enjoy the adjustments and don’t think I ever will, but I can see so much improvement the few minutes it takes makes is worth going.

I still have a way to go but feel positive that I’m well on my way to living well and happily without pain. I have a future to look forward to. Thank you all.

I can not thank the epoch team enough for the difference they have made to my body and general well-being. They are very welcoming every time and put you at ease and Dr Tom is brilliant at what he does. I have been suffering with neck and back pain for quite some time now and after going to see various other chiropractors who were still very good, there was no one quite like epoch. The epoch team scanned and studied my body and started giving me the correct adjustments I needed. I am 4-5 weeks in and just had my progress scans to check the difference and it is incredible what improvements have been made. I have so much more energy and the pain I was struggling with has reduced to next to nothing, along with many other great results. I am looking forward to the next stages of my treatment and anyone looking for a correct diagnosis and solution, I would highly recommend you try epoch.

I came across Epoch when my wife, who had difficulty walking, was recommended their services. She is progressing well with continuing treatments.



I am an active oldish git who is not overweight, rarely goes to the doctor (apart from when I moved practice and completed (honestly) their questionnaire, they thought I drank too much! They accepted I was a social drinker only!) walks the dogs for 2 hours a day at a fair lick, does lots of diy and gardening and thought I didn’t need the service.



However I attended the orientation lecture rather than sitting in the car waiting for my wife, and found it very interesting. It isn’t just about bad backs and legs etc, the art of chiropractic is holistic. The spine protects the spinal chord which in turn acts as a conduit for all your nerves etc (Epoch, please correct me if I am wrong here!). I have always suffered from sinusitis (the ENT Specialist at the local hospital explained my sinus canals on one side of my head are narrower than the other - but offered no treatment) yet Dr Tom mentioned that over time this condition could be improved. Along with other slight aches and pains in my neck, I decided to explore further.



Following a thorough examination - photographs, x-rays, physical examination, I was not the perfect .specimen I thought I was! Ones head should “weigh” roughly 12lbs (sorry youngsters I don’t know what that is in new money), mine weighed 43lbs; my posture was appalling, mainly thanks to driving and computer work, my balance was all out of kilter, lung function not great and heart rate variability 29% (still haven’t really understood this one, but something to do with withstanding illness in the future - the standard reading is around 60%). I came out of the examination feeling a very old man!



I therefore decided to enrol for the “full works”, a 22 week programme. Reviews are conducted after about 4 weeks -I have just had my first after 12 treatments.



The sinuses are still not working correctly, but this will take time, and my head still “weighs” the same (perhaps I’ve just got a big head!). However the rest of me - great. My posture has greatly improved, my neck no longer “cracks” when driving and making rapid movements, my lung function has improved by over 25% and my heart rate variability has gone from a poor 29% to a near normal 57.5%.



I have a further 18 weeks on the programme - I am astounded by the improvements, this from someone who didn’t feel he need charms of a chiropractor. Dr Tom and his staff are very professional, very eager to help, and have a good sense of humour. My only criticism, no espresso machine for early morning appointments.

From the first visit I was made to feel welcome and every member of staff knew who I was making the whole experience feel very personal. The staff are incredible! I have made great progress since my first visit and it's motivated me to make some lifestyle changes too which support this chiropractic journey and ensure that I make the most out of it. Massive thanks to Tom and team for helping me to want to help myself and for your incredible work! I would shout EPOCH from the rooftops! 'Never fear the shadows, it simply means there's a light shining somewhere' anon. Epoch you were my light.

Epoch are one of a kind! The Girls are amazing on the front desk! And Dr Tom is absolutely incredible in what he does to make people feel better not just physically but mentally uplifted too! It's the best way I've found to start my day - to go be adjusted or as I say 'cracked in the morning to set me up for the day' �. These peeps are definitely my favourite kind of people. You walk in and instantly feel the positivity beaming from everyone! I love it! You're not just a patient of chiropractic care here, you're a person who's treated like one! As a family we owe a great deal to Tom waller at epoch chiropractic clinic. He helped myself when I thought there were no other options and now it appears he's done it again with Aimee. We can't thank you enough Tom. Aimee is so much happier and after just a week of treatment is in so much less pain. On emptying the medicine cabinet we couldn't believe the amount of medication we had for her. Not being on these medication' s alone is fantastic. If anyone is in pain for any reason and needs help Tom Is definitely worth speaking too. What a a guy and what a team, like I say we really, really can't thankyou enough xx oh and grace is a huge fan!!

After suffering with headaches and lower back pain I was dragged along to a orientation evening at Epoch Lincoln where Tom gave a talk on his profession which was very informative and thought this could be for me. I have been seeing Tom for 3 months now headaches reduced, back pain reduced and even cut down on my pain killers if your like me a sceptic give it a try you will be pleasently surprised what Tom can do for you.

After seeing various people for my ongoing back ache, and not really getting to the bottom of it, I came to Epoch and must admit, was sceptical in the beginning. Since starting in April, I’m feeling so much better, not only in my back but also my posture and overall general wellbeing. Not only do I feel the difference, but I actually get to see the results with my own eyes with the Progress Examinations and Reports. I also appreciate this isn’t just a “quick fix”, but something I need to maintain so I don’t revert back to how I was.

After being past from one consultant to another, then being told I have Fibromyalgia and there is no cure! Try this medication, if that doesn't help try this, if that doesn't help try this and so on! Then there was the side effects from the medication, I was going down hill quite rapidly until a friend recommend I see Dr Tom who said he can help! ...... I have just had my 6th adjustment and had my first day without any medication. I'm only part way through my treatment plan but can already feel the benefits and I feel loads better in myself. I now have a different outlook on life! Thank you for making my future brighter! The team make you feel so welcome I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Tom to anyone! X x x
